Unfortunately, it did not fit the phone set I got it for. I had gotten it for the office of where I live, for their intercom/phone, but when they plugged it it, they could not receive any calls.

Not Panasonic!
These are unbranded knockoff handsets that look similar but are lighter in weight than the branded originals that came with our system. Time will tell if they have any longevity
