I am so glad I chose this brand. The beans sprouted immediately and were delicious. I will continue to buy these over and over. I bob used a sprouting tray and took off the lid at the end for a day because they grew so tall. Excellent product.

Most seeds sprouted and grew fast. I soaked them for 2+ hours and rinsed with a dilute vinegar water. The seeds were transferred to a sprouting container with large slots and in darkness for 5-6 days until almost touching the top. I left them in sunny window for a day to green up a bit before harvesting. I cut off foots from bottom of sprouting tray and rinsed them well. I refrigerate mine in a vented container for up to a week.
