Bottom line is this. A 12 pack of the name brand variety pop tarts are five bucks at WM. These are just three bucks. And the taste and freshness is honestly the same as the name brand. Our kid likes them toasted. I just eat them as-is when I need a sweet and don't want to overdo it with something like Oreos. Serving size two? I take Oreos out by the row. So this is a compromise.
