The first order I ordered 2 banks. However, the second bank box was empty. I figured it was accidental so I called up Amazon and they were happy to send a replacement. I did get the replacement. These banks are a Beast! Normally I get them with flashlights but decided to go a different direction! I bought them for 2 of my kids. The banks last them all day long. Charge them at night and no loss of power for the rest of the day!! However, one side note. My oldest was trying to charge their Bluetooth headphones with one of the provided cables while simultaneously charging their cell with a USB to C. There is a tiny problem with trying to do both types of charging at the same time. Not sure if there is a wiring issue or what, but at long as things aren't charging at the same time it's all good!

Excellent portable charger. Has all the connections you'll need. You must drain completely 1st time, and it takes a while to fully charge, but once fully charged works great. I've charged my tablet and phone several times before needing to recharge the charger. Unit is a bit bulky and heavy.

It would probably otherwise get four stars but for the price, definitely five. It has high capacity and the built-in charging cables, though short, are convenient in the fact that you will never find yourself without a cable. Speaking of cables, this is why I would ordinarily take a star off. This unit seems very picky about cables that you connect to it, particularly with certain devices. Ones that otherwise work fine with my other power banks and don't have any damage present. After finding that some of these units worked fine with the built in cables, I started trying different cables that I had and some of them worked just fine. So I don't think it's defective so I didn't RMA it. The digital display is very nice, not only precisely displaying capacity, but also confirming that power delivery is functioning correctly. I have 2 20,000 MaH power banks besides this one currently and despite this one having twice the capacity, it's really not much heavier at all. It does have a little bit of bulk but I don't feel it in my backpack and it's not uncomfortable in my pockets. So far it seems to be holding up fine and I've had it for months. I take it hiking regularly.

If you have kids or are traveling this is the way to go! I can change my phone, two tablets, and we are good to go! The design is easy to charge and makes it so portable. It charges my phone quick but not so much on a big party speaker. The durability is great I carry it everywhere, it's been to mud parks and I even left it out overnight once. As a mom and on the go it's amazing!
