Board Game Playmat [3'X5'/Thick Super Cushioned/Stitched Edge/Water Resistant] with Carrying Case - for Tabletop Board Games, Card Games, RPG Games (Medium, Burgundy)

This is a fantastic addition to our board game hobby. We try to primarily game on our smaller 3x5 table, but occasionally game on our bigger 4x6 table. This mat fits our 3x5 perfectly, and fits the larger table with a bit of a border of table exposed, which is good for elbows, glasses and tucking cards under the edge. The mat is thick, color is rich (I chose black, but might choose maroon next time as it is a less common color used in components, and I would not worry about black tokens blending in to the mat.) the edge is well bound/stitched, and there’s an unobtrusive allplay logo in the corner. It is sufficiently grippy on the back that it doesn’t slide around on the table. Mat rolls up well with 2 people doing it, smooth side out. It fits back in its bag nicely, and bag has a sturdy strap to carry it. Mat has a little smell when new, but it’s tolerable. I’m sure it would dissipate quickly if left to air out for a few days. I wish the bag was a zipper up the length vs a drawstring at the top, as putting it away would be easier, but that would likely add to cost, so I’m good with the one that was included. Be aware- the mat will come in its bag, in an allplay box, in a larger Amazon box. I had to pick mine up at the post office because it was not something our carrier could fit in the truck with her other deliveries. It was pretty large, much larger than I anticipated, with packaging. (I was expecting a mailing tube.) I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Dice roll wonderfully and quietly, cards and tokens are easier to pick up vs a table, and a solid colored background is incredibly helpful (our “game table” is also our homeschool table that has a world map on top, which us distracting when gaming on top of it. The playing surface is very nice. It's tricky rolling it up again to fit in the case after use. It's also pretty heavy but all in all a great item.

This is a great playmat, covered my 6 foot rectangle table. No wrinkles , looks great and is perfect for game night! If you have a drink, use a coaster as you will get water stains which are tough to remove.

Thick mat, nicely grip on my wooden table. Quite confortable for playing boardgame (Viticulture for exemple). Need to evaluate on the long term usage (durability and capability to stay flat once unrolled)

Lays flat. Rolls up easily for storage in the supplied nylon bag. The mat is the exact size of my dining room table so it can double as the underpad for my wife's fancy tablecloth. I never regret spending more to purchase a high quality product. I'm very happy with the purchase. THANK-YOU!!!
