Useful!
I bought these for my bedridden father. They worked wonderful to prevent heel sores. They were very easy to put on and adjust to size. They helped relive pain for previous sores and prevent new ones.

heel is still touching the bed
Pros: Soft and Cushioned: The material is very soft, which makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods. The cushion provides a good amount of relief, especially if you're dealing with sore or sensitive heels. Good Pressure Relief: The pillow does a good job of distributing pressure, which is essential for preventing further irritation or damage to heels. It’s definitely an improvement over using nothing at all. Cons: Doesn’t Tighten Enough: One downside I’ve noticed is that the pillow is a little loose on my heel. There’s no way to adjust or tighten it, so it doesn't feel as secure as I would like. It tends to shift a bit, especially if I move around a lot. Heel Still Makes Contact with the Bed: While the cushion is nice and soft, I still feel like my heel touches the bed, which can be uncomfortable at times, depending on the position. Overall: While this product definitely helps with cushioning and softening pressure, the lack of adjustable tightness and the inability to keep my heel fully off the bed prevent me from giving it a perfect score. If you have a medium-sized foot or don't mind some looseness, this might work well for you. But if you're looking for something that stays in place more securely, this might not be the best fit.

Lifesaver for my daughter with a foot injury
My daughter recently had a broken foot and had a large walking boot for the daytime, but it was super uncomfortable for sleeping. This boot was much nicer for bedtime--soft enough to be comfortable but padded enough to provide some protection. It is just very big as others have pointed out, but she was able to wrap the straps around far enough to get a good enough fit.
