Powerful, nice and well priced

As soon as I got it... I loaded up my programs, downloaded everything I needed with no problems. The battery life is great, the computer runs fast, and it was an amazing price. The only thing I can say us sometimes the laptop runs hot... that's it. Great find

Does not have enough USB ports! Has a great display. Size is great seems to work as expected. Battery life may be a bit iffy but I have it plugged in so that's not a issue for me. No Ethernet plug in so bought an adapter to keep it hardwired. Seems to be good value

If you are shopping for a computer in this price range then you probably know more than me about all the specs. What I know is it's solid, great picture and full size keyboard sold me. HP has never let me down and this one delivers on everything promised plus it's sleek look. I will add it doesn't have a lit keyboard, kind of wish it did. But still by far the best deal according to my trusted Internet tech guy from work.

I have bought several computers from Amazon. This laptop and seller is the first. HP has never been a issue till now. Took it out of the box, powered it up, found my wifi and that was as far as it would go. Windows was not installed correctly and it wouldn't find the operating system. Machine wouldn't even self recover because the files weren't there to recover. Shipping back and going to try again. Hopefully the seller can fix the issue for resale. UPDATE As i stated above I returned the first machine of course I now have to wait for that refund. Being I needed a replacement laptop I reordered the same machine and it came the next day. Guess what........the same issue. Removed from box powered up, found wifi, started to load went into recovery and that was it. This time I called HP. Went through 1.5 hrs of trying to fix the issue to find the machine has corrupt software loading. Now HP is sending a flashdrive with recovery ware. I have to pay the shipping for overnight. Worst freaken BS i have delt with in some time. I really cant blame the seller because it is really HP's fault. Ill update you with the next chapter.

Excellence! I apologize to myself! I am never leaving HP again. This machine is beautiful and super fast. All my needs are now met. Sorry to get emotional but I went to another computer brand and it broke my heart. The H... in HP stands for happy to my heart.

Great big screen

1. There are two little sharp points on the back edge of the lid. When the lid is opened past 90 degrees they poke into the desk it's sitting on and will gouge the surface. I glued a couple of little bumbers to hold the body up higher. 2. As you can see, the arrow keys are buried in the keyboard and the up & down are half size. Looks neat, almost impossible to love if you actually use them. 3. It comes with Window 11, which is hard to like. The taskbar is froze at the bottom, plus a dozen other little annoyances. I erased W11 and installed Linux. That works well and has a keyboard remap function, partly solving problem #2. 4. The speakers are worthless junk. The guys at HP and Microsoft could have avoided these problems were they competent engineers who'd ever used a computer before.

Over the top , price is excellent
