I bought this to use as a soil amendment for my house plants. However, I wasn’t ready to use it immediately after I bought it, so I put it down and left it for a little more than a week. I noticed when I bought it that the bag had some moisture in it, but I didn’t think anything of it. Well when I went back to it, I found that the entire bag had completely molded/mildewed. It was full of white fuzz & almost looked like it was full of spider webs. I had to sanitize it with boiling water which was pretty inconvenient. However, after I did that, the soil was usable and my plants are doing great now. I just wish it’d maybe had a warning of what might happen or some directions for what I should do with the bag after I buy it so that maybe I wouldn’t have made that mistake. I definitely liked the product though once it was sanitized.
