I absolutely adore Tocobo! They have an incredible range of popular products, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well they’ve nailed this one. As someone with oily skin, I need to be cautious about using products that are too heavy and risk clogging my pores. Yet, it’s essential to find something that provides adequate hydration. The Hyaluronic Acid in this toner is just perfect for that! It glides effortlessly over my skin and sinks in beautifully, making it ideal for layering. After using it for over a month now, my skin has truly flourished! I highly recommend pairing it with their other products for that extra boost you need, and, of course, don't forget to wear sunscreen!

This is one of those K-beauty toners that pretty much has everything you'd want in a toner. It's a watery, calming toner designed to flood your skin with hydration and soothe any redness or irritation. The formula is built around a Cica complex to calm things down and a huge complex of eight different Hyaluronic Acids to hydrate every layer of your skin. It also has a trio of fermented ingredients to keep your skin barrier healthy.Now, for the price. At $14 for a big 6.76 oz bottle, the value is very much a great deal. That comes out to just over $2 per ounce. You can find basic hydrating toners for a similar price, but their ingredient lists are a joke compared to this. To get a formula with this many types of hyaluronic acid, ferments, a gentle PHA from a mid-range or prestige brand, you pay more than $25. Highly reccomend this if you're looking for a aio hydrating and soothing toner. It should would work for pretty much any skin type!

My entire skincare consists of all Korean products plus tretinoin. I wanted to try this toner for when my skin is a little irritated from tret or when I feel my barrier is compromised and needs a little extra. I like that it is unscented which is great for those with sensitivities like me. I apply it immediately after cleansing my face in the morning. It has a light texture and absorbs quickly. It layers well without feeling greasy or heavy. I love how it soothes my skin immediately and leaves my face feeling hydrated. This Tocobo cica calming aqua toner works well and is a great addition to any skincare routine. I appreciate the protective seal on the bottle which seems to be rare these days. This bottle will last for a while and a good value for the price.

I've got very sensitive dry skin and it's even more sensitive after I've shaved and my skin is irritated from that, I consider that the real test. Not only did this not irritate my skin but it actually helped sooth shaving irritation and after a few uses helped with some of the dryness and flakiness i get from dry skin where my sideburns would be, Now it did eventually start to dry out again but in my experience that happens when your body adjusts to a product the same thing happens with shampoo and dry scalp so my solution is to rotate this in and out with another good moisturizer and that has been a great working routine. So not only did it help me but it helped with sensitive dry skin and razor irritation, Just remember everyone's skin, metabolism and microbiomes on their skin are different so what worked for me might not work for you.

This was great used as an aftershave according to my husband. There is no stinging, can be splashed on directly to skin without the hassle of cotton pads and doe snot leave skin feeling sticky like lotion (all according to him). Although it states fragrance free, it definitely has a light fruity scent but it's a very light scent. Great for skin types that tend to get pink since the cica helps calm the skin down and reduce pinkness.

This toner is slightly viscous, but still lightweight, perfect for layering which is what I want in a toner. I love so much of the ingredients, too! It’s got a blend of multiple forms of hyaluronic acid including sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed, crosspolymer, and acetylated forms, all providing hydration that you feel almost immediately but also lingers on. Soothing agents like panthenol, allantoin, beta-glucan, and ceramide NP are also included (I especially love panthenol in my skincare), while ferments (Lactobacillus, Bifida, Lactococcus) and Centella Asiatica are also there for more soothing and calming. Truly, this has a little bit of a lot of things my skin loves! There’s also a small amount of niacinamide (I appreciate that it’s not super high up the list since I feel like niacinamide is in EVERYTHING) for gentle and gluconolactone, a gentle PHA, for mild exfoliation and skin renewal. With all that being said, this formula isn’t without its flaws. The ingredients also include Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract as well as fragrance. Both are common sensitizers, especially for people with sensitive skin. While the fragrance is at the very end (where, if there HAS to be fragrance, I only want it at the very end), lavender extract is higher up than I’d like. My skin is quite resilient, so neither of these irritated my skin but the formula was so perfect and these were so unnecessary it makes me sad! Despite that, this toner offers an impressive formula with rich hydration and skin-soothing ingredients.
