Used this to decorate a ceramic lantern in my garden, looks great when lit up at night. Easy to put together.

This is amazing it works even on gloomy days. It was still light up at night. I love it.

They are very bright and pretty but around 8 months one of my strands is starting to malfunction and not working like it should.

One wire was broken where lights are starting.

Perfect for a small garden

We dicided that we wanted a flower garden for our back yard. Of course flowers don't show up very well in the dark so we dicided to make a solar light garden to mix with natural flowers for night time viewing. I took a couple of blue vodka bottles and stuffed the solar lights inside, and turned the bottles upside down. With the neck of the bottles stuck into a block of wood, they make an unusual looking decoration combined with other solar lights scattered around the flower garden. They don't look too out of place in the day time and make an unusual decoration at night.

Inexpensive, yes. They had hair like wires holding them together that I could not untangle. Left the second one in a wreath...I like it.

Sad to hear many folks having trouble with these lights. I’m dropping this review as I return to buy another 2 boxes! I’ve bought 3 boxes (6 lights) thus far and I am a bit surprised that they are all functioning 100% after two months or more of use every night. They all hold the mode that I selected for them, and are maintenance free other than a once in a while wipe down on the solar panel because we have a lot of pollen here. No issues at all, and repeated compliments when guests see the fairylight bottles illuminating my patio. You can see in one of these pictures a lantern that I bought for the patio table, anticipating it would like a table in the evenings enough to play cards around or something. Pardon the pun but it doesn’t hold a candle to these lights. Look at those things blazing! I’m going to try and find the warmer color this time, as these ones are very cool but bright. We are repurposing whiskey bottles, tequila bottles, and any other bottles we can come up with to make more of these suckers. I’ve tried for years to buy solar lights that are maintenance free and have enough light to be useful. This is the first time I’ve ever achieved the goal. It’s kind of a trip how well they work.
