Color looks great,Was enough for 2 applications.Has lasted for about 15 days before it started to fade.

Easy to use, nice medium to light pink color (not magenta pink) and lasts about a week or so.I used it on dry hair and let it soak in for 30 minutes or so before asking.

I ordered this in Vampire Red for my youngest. We have always used Artic Fox or Overtone in their level 9 blonde hair, but the last couple of years their hair has darkened to a level 8 with almost a level 7 natural highlights. I’m not ready to bleach their hair, so we’ve always done darker temporary colors (pink, purple, blue). With that in mind, did it cover their hair? Yes. Did it look uneven because we didn’t bleach to bring it all to one level? Also yes. I’m not blaming the color for this because it’s obviously going to work better on bleached/lighter hair. I would say that it didn’t cover their level 7 highlights as well, so if you are a level 7 or darker, be realistic in your expectations.As most darker colors are, this one is super messy! We keep gloves on hand because no clenditioner that I have ever purchased comes with them. We apply this with a brush for a more careful and even application. I also recommend a stainless steel sink or a good scouring paste. Our white bathtub frequently looks like a rainbow threw up in it due to coloring. I’m used to the staining and the work it takes to remove the staining, but it’s a pain! But be warned, like most dyes, it will stain everything it touches—your tub, your skin, your counters, your carpets, and your clothes will be at risk.Does it stay? Partially only a week and partially forever. Most of it falls out quickly, but we will still find spots of it in the under layers of their hair for weeks or months after coloring.

Well, I’m going to deduct one star for slightly misleading photos in the listing. As you can see from my photos, medium brown hair is definitely not going to give the results they show…you’d need to bleach, first. Having said that, I applied it to just a lock of hair, and the color that resulted is fun, but so subtle that I could actually see doing all over highlights with it. If I was a more adventurous middle-aged lady, I would do an all over color with it. It is very conditioning, so I wouldn’t worry about any kind of damage. I used about a quarter teaspoon for the one lock of hair, so given that you’d probably use about a fifth of the bottle for a full head of hair, I’d call it a good deal. It was easy to apply. No smell that I can remember. It stains counters fast, so be very careful about that!

I got this for my teenager who always dyes their hair vibrant colors. He has pretreated bleached hair and used this product and his hair came out bright red. When using you must wear gloves, have a dye remover solution just in case you get it in your skin, it will stain and apply like any other dye. I recommend this product if your hair is light blonde or bleached.

The red isn't as vibrant as the other reviews. Misleading. You can even tell how it stains that's its going to be a dark red. This product is trash i wish i could return it.
