Banglijian Hearing Amplifier Rechargeable for Adults Seniors

This company has bent over backwards to make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.I originally got the Ziv-201p, this is my first time trying a aid. I feel it was too much of an amplifaction for MY OWN needs. Kaven was always quick to respond via email. They recommend that I send back the Ziv-201p and try a new model the BS05r.Man what a difference!!! Perfect fit and at a lower amplifaction level.Again this company is awesome !Do not hesitate to give this company a try !........I will now explain my experience. I have moderate hearing loss from being in farication field for the last 39 years. I'm sure my high school years of attending Ted Nugent , Led Zeppelin we're also not helpful. I was tested and yes they said I was a candidate. They showed me and let me try a model. We'll the price was$ 1,800.oo!Insurance would not cover, I was out of luck. I then said why not try Amazon? Glad I did, now the difference is these are labled hearing amplifiers not prescribed hearing aids.They don't have the latest "Bluetooth" capabilities, they aren't custom programmed, but both hearing aids and hearing amplifiers do one thing in common.....they amplify sound. These work for one tenth what the hearing aid cost.The company refunded my first set that I returned within 6 hours of dropping the package off at the UPS store. With in a week I have received my BS05r sent from China ! They have kept touch with me through out to check up, give advice and then suggest this new model.I could not be happier !!! Wish every company operated like this !Thanks Banglijian, you are a wonderful blessing !

The on/off switch broken after a year and Banglijian sent a replacement in two weeks. I am pretty happy with their warranty service. I wish manufacturer can improve quality of their on/off switch as this is not first time we run into this problem. Also I bought another device as back up, as I just don't want to live without hearing aid for two weeks.

It did not work all i heard was static and could not turn it down. No good do not buy.I would not give it one star.

Keven Thanks for the extra sound tubes; the device is working much better with the sound tubes the correct length . You have been very helpful. KAVEN 12 sept. My ZIV 201A stopped working no sound but battery charges. My 201P works well. Both devices were are about 7 months old. How do I get the 201A fixed? Is there a warranty? THANKS

Fitting an aid/amplifier to your needs might be a difficult task if you have never done it before. Should anybody run into problems, GET A HOLD OF THE COMPANY! They are helpful. Also try all the possible options and combinations of the parts. You really get quite a few. As a last resort, check YouTube for instructional videos that can help.Comparing this to far more expensive units I am impressed. It does perform as advertised.

I really have greatly enjoyed these devices. Initially I bought 2. I had to ask for a replacement for one due to loss of battery life. I have done great until about a week ago. The other original only keeps a charge for a few hours. It’s been 7 months Can I ask for a replacement or do I need to buy another.

At first I recieved only the heariong tubes. When the seller was made aware, they were quick to send me exactyly what I ordered within a few days. This inexpensive hearing aide is every bit as good as one that cost me thousands.

Hearing tested 44% loss so I wanted to start with an amplifier to see how it would feel to have some help hearing. After I read reviews, this was the best for me. I am not used to increased sound, but I try them in quiet places to get used to aids. Amazing how it sounds outside, in the car and watching TV. Thank you.
