Small Pet Select - Digging Platform-Plywood

Our rabbit is a large rabbit, and she seems to have fun chewing on the rope parts of this. She also nibbles on the sides. I've never seen her dig at it, but I'll take her chewing and hopping onto it. It is very sturdy, and really just a piece of wood with rope laced into it. But it's sturdy enough that she can't yank the rope out of the wood and has to chew it instead.

Large, well made and I love that the rip can be replaced rather than having to buy a new platform! It’s taken a couple of weeks for my bun to warm up to this digging platform, but he’s working on it. We sprinkle his treats of oatmeal and parsley onto the platform and he enjoys going after it. He is a habitual digger especially in the middle of the night. This is making a diffference.

Bought for my rabbit. She enjoys pulling on the twine. She doesn’t scratch on it yet.

I've always worried about my pet bunny needing something to dig on, because I know it is a rabbit's instinct to want to dig. Since my rabbit lives indoors with us, it hasn't been practical to give him dirt. In the past we've given him large phone books to dig into, but this creates a terrible mess which I'm constantly having to clean up. The digging platform seems to be an answer to the problem. He digs and digs at it, but can't actually tear it apart. It's too early to tell, but I'm hoping it also helps to keep his nails worn down. It is made well, but my rabbits have never shown any interest in it.

Although it is made very well - my 3 bunnies have no clue what to do with it. It just sits there and they hop over it.

Get this if your bunny likes to chew carpets or rugs. It may take a minute for your rabbit to use or play with the toy, but to help entice them, just sprinkle some pieces of their favorite treats.

My Conti loves it! She immediately ran to it and began scratching and chewing on it! Even left it in the nifty box (just tore off lid) because she loves cardboard boxes as well. Was afraid the cost was not going to be worth it, but it is worth every penny to keep my spoiled bunny busy when she’s not hopping around the house with us & the cats. Couldn’t be happier!

They are well made, delivered with care. I love them. Problem is my bunnies', who dig, have no idea how to use them lol. So I wasted lots of money on two of these. Wish my bunnies would use them. Great idea though.
