Easy to use. Flat design makes it perfect to slide under desk to use. And storage is easy, push under bed and your set. I use all the time and it is so quite I can use it at night while others are sleeping.

This has exceeded my expectations, by far, based on the price point. I appreciate how well the walking pad was packaged, and my box included all items included in the description: walking pad, remote, power cord, and oil. I work from home and have been walking 2-5 miles daily since receiving, without issue. I wish I could adjust the speed in .1 increments, but above a certain speed, .2 adjustments are the only option. Also wish the remote had a pause button, so that I could pause my walk when I have to hop on a call and then resume it without losing my mileage progress. Overall, those are minor complaints. It’s very quiet. I’m in an apartment with wood floors and have had no noise complaints from my downstairs neighbors. Treadmill is around 50 pounds, but easy enough to move — may be harder for someone with limited lifting abilities, though.

Walking pad has great quality! I spent months researching which one to get and choose this one because the speed exceeded 4mph. It’s not super heavy, but the shape of it makes it somewhat difficult to move. It’s fairly flat and can fit under a bed! Comes with the remote which is necessary while walking! We use it regularly!!

Love that I can plop this pad down and get my morning workout on right from my bedroom. I used to have to bundle up and put safety lights on when walking outside early in the AM. No more!It works as described 👍🏾

The media could not be loaded. I received this treadmill at the beginning of June. I waited to write a review until I got several uses out of it. Had no issues the first few uses. It was quiet and ran perfectly. This morning, I stepped on it for only the 5th or 6th time, and I noticed a strange noise coming from it after about 12 minutes into my walk. It still worked fine, thankfully, but it’s way too new and barely used to have ANY issues. I called support who asked me to visually inspect it for damage, which I thought there was none, but I now see this crease in the belt which I have no idea what it’s caused by. I also decided to plug it back in and listen to the noise in order to describe it to the support tech. Once I plugged it back in, and started it up, the noise was gone. I only kept it on a minute or two. I am hoping it was just something random and not a persistent issue. I like everything about the treadmill otherwise. I hate to leave a review like this after just one mishap; however, it’s so new, I feel like I have to be transparent. I will update after my next use or two and will hopefully be able to provide a more positive rating. I took video to try to capture the noise. 7/29/23

Great machine to get you up and moving. Even if you don't use it under a desk, it's good to simply walk and watch a show.

I purchased this specific pad because of the reviews on how amazing customer service is! The reviews on the pad it’s self were hit or Miss. I received my pad with pretty quick shipping, box was in great condition, unboxing was very easy. Instruction was easy to follow before use. I was so excited to use my pad. But sadly I got a faulty one. There was a huge kink on the tread, and the tread was crooked as it had either been used before or dropped. I contacted Amazon back and forth for over 2 months. I was given customer service number and a link to contact the company directly that never got me through to a person. Amazon promised me a $100 credit for my inconvenience, but never received that. So I’m stuck with a $200 walking pad that doesn’t work. And customer service was severely lacking for me! I hate to leave bad reviews but I also would hate for this to happen to someone else to waste their money.

UPDATED POST: I'm updating this to 4 stars because the customer service I received after reaching out with my concerns and issues was amazing. Although I was sad the product didn't meet my needs or expectations due to mechanical issues, the seller was responsive, respectful and understanding. They understood my frustration, offered me a refund or to replace the item for free. The seller IHOMEY does take their customers seriously and does work to make their experience a good one when purchasing from them. I recommend the seller!Original Post: 3 Stars instead of 2 because when it did work the first day, it was great and what I was looking for; however, it went down hill on day 2.I purchased this after doing research on other options and reading the review for this one. When it arrived, I was excited and it seemed to work really well. It was quiet, fit perfectly under my desk, and seemed like a great purchase. However, the next day, while using it at my average low rate of speed (average 1.9), the belt slipped and started grinding on the side. I pulled out the instructional manual, read the directions and then followed the steps, but not only did it not work, but the belt started grinding more and more and almost shredding itself. When I adjusted it a bit more on the other side, per what the manual says to do if it slips while in use, it then shredded the other side. I didn't go more than the 1/4 turn each time as instructed, but the belt clearly had a mind of its own. After 2 days, I am returning it. UPS is scheduled to pick it up tomorrow for a return.
