The size was to large, too wide and too long.

Awesome great for protection right size

I hate the be able to write a review so soon after getting this. I was out walking my dog when we were attacked by 2 dogs. I was able to blindly grab, deploy and use it before the dogs were able to get to me. There was no spray back, and my hand was not covered with it. The spray was narrow and accurate and worked well to prevent potential disaster. Thank God I had it and it worked extremely well. Great product, thank you

Glad to have this for walks and hikes. Its a bit of a large container to carry. My old pepper spray had a hook and was small enough to latch to the chest strap of my hiking pack but this one does not. I do wish there was a built in hook of some kind.

Great item, great price

We have neighbors that can’t keep their dogs under control(even though the local law requires it) and while out in my front yard a pit bull came running at me. Fortunately this mace can was close and I let him have a full stream right in the face. He went howling back home dragging his head through the grass. If he even comes close to me I can raise my hand like I have the spray with me and he stops dead in his tracks. My wife walks in the neighborhood and she always has this with her. Good protection!

The air conditioner in my truck stopped working. The repair was more than a thousand dollars and was not covered under the warranty. It turned out squirrels had been chewing on the wiring in the engine compartment. I sprayed this on the inside of the front wheel wells once a week until the can was empty. This was able to deter the pests from climbing inside the truck. I did warn the mechanic several months later when I had the truck serviced, but it appeared to have completely weathered off, so if the squirrels look to be interested in the truck again I will have to get more.

I carry this with me almost everywhere, never had to use it but I tested it once and it sprays extremely far
