Ok generally i don't do reviews, but felt as this has really helped me so much I should if its able to have the same effect on someone else. Over the past few years i would seem to get random UTI's and over time were becoming a bit more frequent. Weren't anything too painful just more annoying and the frequency was starting to get me down. Never went to the doctor as now a days it seems impossible in the current climate to get an appointment and on the whole im quite a fit young person., which kind of made it more annoying why i was getting them. I searched on amazon 'UTI vitamins' and after reading numerous reviews for various alike products i opted for these. Ill be honest I wasn't massively hopeful as I'm skeptical on how many fake reviews there are now a days out there to promote a product. Delivery was fast. Once I got them I played around a bit with quantities. The RDA is 1 but I did start on 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. On a couple of occasions i took an extra if I felt a possible UTI and it seemed too keep things at bay. I'm now set on taking 1 a day in the morning and since taking these have never had a UTI. I have been taking them for about 3 months now and honestly for the effect they have have been one of my best buys on here. I think they are easy enough to swallow but we're all different, no smell or tatse but never really know why people comment on taste if they are swallowing a tablet?

The item arrived very quickly, been having some problems with UTIs and decided to try this. Wife also has the first stages of diabetes and I am supposedly prediabetic so I thought it would help and alleviate problems as UTIs can be an issue for people with diabetes, only taken two doses and so unable to actually apprise how effective they are I will revisit the review, once things have settled down and I will be able to guide the effectiveness of the supplements supplied. The supplements are elongated & slim, if the length is a little bit long there is a line to snap them through, like I said it is early days after having only taken two pills, to see whether they are effective they were competitively priced for the amount of cranberries contained, I have just come back from the hospital having had a UT dilation for a stricture, this I suspect has been caused by persistent UTIs, and they are wanting me to go back for a PSA test because my levels have been high & again could have been caused by a UTI and the stricture. I have been previously trying intermittently cranberry juice, which I suspect probably works out to be more costly and these seem to offer a more healthy option for you due to the fact the juices contain so much of the wrong type of sugar.

I can't really comment on how effective these are yet too soon to say but I'm really struggling to swallow them they're quite big. For that reason I won't be buying them again.
