A few scratches, dents in a few places, mostly minor.Locks damaged, look used or just not packaged properly. Scratched or maybe even pitted?Rear door must be bent, bows out, hard to close, huge gap on other side.Screws and such came in a plastic case that was broken in shipping and the dividers fell out. The CASE was labeled which is useless if they get mixed up. The BAGS should have been labeled.Instructions leave a LOT to be desired. I have extra parts, no clue where they go (aside from what should be extra).I guess all of these issues can be chalked up to the fact that it's MADE IN CHINA.I wish I had known that BEFORE I ordered. I ordered from this company because I thought it was made in Canada. Overpriced for Chinese made. Only need one so not like I'll order another from somewhere else. **EDIT: I have edited this because I see that THIS version of the rack says made in China, while others on amazon do not. I was looking at many other versions of the rack and must not have looked that this one in particular. EVERY product should have a country of origin or not be allowed to be sold.It looks nice if I don't look at certain things.To top it all off, the SYSRACKS name is glued to the glass, and it's not even straight!

Be careful, these are not actually the dimensions they say they are. They say this is 32inch depth cabinet. When the outside of the cabinet is not even 32 inches it’s 31 1/2. Which does not not fit a 30 inch long server I can easily fit in another brand cabinet we have that is 32 in depth. Contacted company on Amazon and directly though email. ZERO response. Cant return as it’s already been assembled. Basically a paper weight for us now. Double check your equipment lengths before ordering this as it’s not true to advertised depth.

Using this for my home lab and is a good purchase. Came with a full size tray and a PDU. Good quality and nicely built. The missing star is for a damaged tray(and the lack of quality check) and the too much delayed delivery.

This is a high quality rack that looks good and has better than average thermals. Some of the bolts did not fit well for assembly though, so deducting a star.
