I decided to do the 40-day power cleanse protocol with ParaHerb. I recently finished and truly recommend it to anyone who is interested in doing a cleanse, whether you know if you have parasites right now or just want to cleanse your internal system overall. It gave me a clear timeline to devote to the basics of health in my daily routines. It was just long enough for real change to happen (you know how they say it takes 40 days to break or build a habit…). The PDF guide that came with the supplement, along with my own findings throughout the cleanse, gave me the tools to feel confident committing to 40 days of intentional cleansing and living. And now at the end, I feel so grateful for this product and the commitment it instilled in me. The herbs are potent and definitely did their job. Taking notes on my body systems before and after, I feel much clearer mentally, less fatigued and more energized on the daily, MUCH more regular bowel movements, and consistent, deep sleep. I started the protocol slowly and didn’t experience many die-off symptoms. The biggest challenge I faced was moments of excess fatigue, but those always passed within an hour or so. I had some mental and emotional ups and downs as well, but those also passed and felt more like healthy growing pains. I had no expectation of this going into it, but this cleanse felt like not only a reset for my physical digestive system but for my whole body and daily habits/ routines overall. Many unrelated aspects of my life had breakthroughs, changes, and positive movement throughout, and lots of things in my life came to a close/ full circle at the end of the 40 days. Getting to that point and committing to yourself like that isn’t always easy (at least for me as someone who sometimes struggles with self-motivation and discipline). So having the herbs and structure to help get me there was HUGE. Focusing on consistency in eating healthy foods + fiber routinely, daily movement, and drinking lots of water are habits that are now carrying into my life beyond the cleanse. I did this at the end of spring with the intention of internal spring cleaning for my digestive system. I did not take a stool sample before to confirm if I had parasites, and I was not directly targeting parasites this time around. I am definitely going to start doing this digestive cleanse (which I like to call now a life reset from the inside out) every spring!

This may be one of the highest quality supplements that I have found on Amazon so far. The ingredients are all top notch, there are no fillers, packaging and presentation was immaculate, and these came in glass bottles in a box with the company name embossed on it. As an added plus, the smell and taste of these is quite mild compared to some of the other parasite cleanses that I have taken previously. Parasite cleanses are so important, and people really do not realize how prevalent parasites are in our society, particularly if one lives with pets. Parasite infestation has potential for causing a huge range of issues, and some people find that what they thought were chronic illnesses often virtually disappear along with the parasites. I personally highly recommend doing an intensive cleanse targeted specifically towards parasite at least once a year. And getting a good, dependable, high-quality supplement is key! If you are looking for a serious cleanse that seems to be backed by an incredible company that cares about every detail and aspect of their product, this one would definitely be one of my top recommendations.

This formula is effective and gentle enough. Following the prescribed regimen listed on the bottle is the key — ten days on and five days off, three rounds like that in a row. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The product is of superb quality, sourced from pure herbs, and is reliable. I am confident in that company. The side effects of detox are inevitable but tolerable. Occasional gas and bloating are normal at the beginning of the first round, and then the second round is easier because your system is much cleaner. Having a clean diet, taking Triphala, probiotics, and activated charcoal alongside this herbal formula helped me reduce detoxification symptoms. I would definitely repurchase it, it is worth the price.

Not sure it worked. Extremely gentle. My body did not seem respond to the cleanse. Giving 3 stars because it also did not cause harm.

Wow, I’m very very impressed by this supplement. I have constant gut issues so I like to detox and cleanse here and there (always a little weary of things like parasites). I’ve tried various products over the years and this one definitely sits at the top - it has everything I look for + some AND it’s completely natural. The serving size is very large at 4 capsules but I don’t mind that because it makes it easy to titrate up and down. I started with one and go up when I feel like it’s needed. I definitely feel lighter and better overall. It’s also ISO certified and 3rd party lab tested so I’m extremely confident in the quality. BRAVO!!
