Not for European outlets! Soooo, pretty much useless. Very annoying. I had an adapter, but apparently not the correct type and the motor died. Money out the window.

Nicht nutzbar in Deutschland! Matratze kam mit US Stecker und ist nicht für die deutschen Steckdosen geeignet! Sollte so nicht in Europa verkauft werden! Die Pumpe ist sofort durchgebrannt. Wir fragen uns, warum die Matratze so überhaupt verkauft werden darf.

I’ve got horrible back problems, but I have been sleeping on these king coil blowup mattresses for like a year now. I don’t ever want to be without one. The support for my back is amazing. I know people look at me like I’m crazy, that I sleep on an air mattress, but they can think what they want. I love it! This is my third one. My second one is just fine, but I had to move into an apartment so I put the new one up while the other one was back at the house. My first one got a few holes in it from my lab and my cat. I fixed them up with some glue that I got at ACE Hardware because the patch kits are a joke. This third one I bought, I’m not as happy with, because it is much lower to the ground than the one I’m used to with the dark blue sides. This one has the white sides, and I thought it would be exactly the same, but it’s not! This is the best quality, but you’re gonna get folks! You just take it out of the bag make sure the plugs are in the right way, and blow it up. Throw some sheets, a blanket, and some pillows on there, and you are all set. Takes less than 10 minutes.

I was sent the wrong item but Patrick the customer service representative helped me out with amazing customer support. Patrick was very responsive, nice and professional. I will definitely be using King Koil in the future as they have great customer service and products!

I haven’t actually slept on this yet but did lay on it to check the comfort level 👍. I inflated it (which was amazingly quick) as directed to “seal the seams.” I did not notice the Odor that some people complained about in their reviews. I left it inflated for in my closed up apartment a full day while at work and still no odor.
