Heavy-duty mothers right here!!!
If you've ever wanted to crush an Apple with your hands, or maybe just your bosses face, this will give you the grip strength to do it! You've got to get some of these! These aren't the sissy ones you get at Walgreen's...these suckers are built to last. Handles are made of steel with a good grip on them. I keep them at my desk at work to squeeze out a few reps after someone ticks me off. Everyone that sees them asks to give them a try. This was the third pair I've bought. I also own the next two levels up. GET EM!!!

Not 150 pounds
Felt easier than the 90 pound one I own so I decided to strap it to my luggage scale and pull it till the metal touched it came out at 56 pounds also tested my 90 pound one and it came out to 88 so this product definitely doesn't live up to the number stamped on it I bought this to help me improve my deadlift grip this product feels good in my hand I just wish it was at least close to the 150 pounds it claims

Strong Grip!
Just what you're looking for! Develops grip and strength in your hands and forearms. After using this for a while I've gotten a little stronger and think I'm going to buy the next size up but it's perfect for price! Built well and is very durable! Because of the price, I would recommend this item for anyone.

Does what it's supposed to do.
Works great. No complaints. New addition to my desk for doinking around instead of working.

not 200lb, as easy as my 150lb i got from them.
I got their version of 150lb and it seemed about right. i went to a hand doctor and they had a grip strength tester and i was able to pull 200 on my good hand and 175 on my bad hand. so the 150 felt about right. i did about 10 reps and just do sets of that through out the day. i decided to go up to 200lb and it was just as hard as the 150lb one i had. i can't return it because i waited to long. i happened to have my kid a few days after getting this so now im stuck with it. i now don't trust this manufacturer and purchased a 200lb one from a different place and it feels right, i can just BARELY close it trying my hardest, which feels about right.

Grips are Great!
Construction quality is excellent, grips look as though they'll last quite a long time. Squeak-free, smooth operation, looking forward to the heavier sizes!

I now have Superman Hands! Seriously!
I wanted to both increase the fine and gross motor strength and improve the flexibility/dexterity in my lower arms, wrists, hands and fingers because I juggle. I was also getting a touch of arthritis.I alternate both the 100 and 150 grips. I keep them at the bedside and do them while I watch TV. I will probably not go beyond the 150 resistance but will just increase the reps at 150. I ordered a second 100lb grip for my truck to use on trips.Have I seen an improvement? Oh yeah!!! Within a week I noticed a major difference not only with ball/bag handling but in things around the house. I can now open jars with POWER and I have a much better grip (six months later). It doesn't take a lot of exercising ... I just do as many as I can with each hand once or twice a night and that's it (at most). I also play with them in my truck. Also, the wee bit of arthritis I had in my hands appears to have completely vanished. I take no meds.5 stars. One of my better purchases. Low cost and great results.

Become the man you always wanted to be and more!
What they don't tell you is that if you can perform a 15 second negative with this grip you are capable of strangling a rabid wolverine to death with one hand. Talk about performance.

Good quality hand grippers.
I've used these grippers for a while, they are good quality and effective. They may not be quite as high quality as the Captain of Crush grippers, but they are more than good enough. The spring is powerful, and they provide very effective hand strength exercise. The knurling is a little rough on the hands, but that's to be expected and no problem for me.Be aware these aren't easy to close especially the 200, the 150 would be a good challenge for a strong person, or start with the 100 if in doubt.

Awesome grip, nice results.
I bought this over 2 years ago and never put it down. It so great, especially since its easy to see results, both in how far you can squeeze it and how many times. Its rally an amazing forearm workout and the burn comes really quickly. Great piece of equipment you can take in your pocket wherever you go.I do have to warn the prospective buyers that the grip is really sharp and takes a few weeks of getting use to, so expect sore palms, calluses and maybe a tiny cut or two. Also it is pretty hard to squeeze all the way at the start it seems impossible, but so worth it.All in all AMAZING product.

Sturdy. Read reviews and choose the right ones!
Good sturdy grips. I bought the wrong ones though. I thought i'd go for the second easiest ones at 150lbs of pressure. I can close it around 40 times in one attempt and I haven't used grips before so these are pretty useless to me. I will buy some more and will update my review.I work in a warehouse and do pull ups and do bent over barbell rows so I must have OK grip strength!

This is a serious gripper
I’ve been training with heavy grips grippers for over a year. Started with the 150, slowly moved onto the 200 (which is also very tough) and now to the 250. I have only managed to close this for one rep at a time so far! It is a really difficult gripper and will take lots of training to close for reps
