Not a lot to say here. They were a good value when compared to other similar products. Shipping was quick. Won't know if they helped for a while yet. They do take time to take effect supposedly. Good product and buying experience.

Over time, this supplement seems to work to shrink the prostate. It's no miracle drug, but I am on my third bottle in 3 months & my nighttime visits seem to be less often.

Using this product literally made me sick to my stomach -- lots of gas, very loose bowels and nausea. In addition, it made my whole body feel OFF in a very unpleasant way. I started taking the full recommended dosage (2 capsules a day), then tried backing off to only one per day. That didn't help. Only when I stopped taking the product entirely did my system return to a normal state. You cannot return this product, but I asked Amazon customer service for a refund, and they obliged. Thanks for that!
