Z-Shade Commercial Shelter - 10' x 10'

Although I am Amazon Prime, I bought this Z Shade Commerical Canopy for about $200 (with four side walls) at Sam's. Frankly, the canopy is just fine. Three issues that you need to understand. First, all "EZ-Up" type canopies are light duty. They are designed to go up quickly and easily. They are not designed for hurricanes. These are essentially big umbrella designed for light duty use. Second, most canopies, including this one, have study fabric on the top and flimsy fabric for the side walls. If the side walls were as strong as the top, the canopy would weigh 100 lbs and cost $400. Third, the included storage bags are simply junk. I ordered a good storage bag on Amazon for about $50, bringing my total investment to $250 plus tax. I expect to get years of use, so I am okay with the cost. For those who want to by a real tent for heavy use, call King Canopy and buy their Hercules tent. I own one of them, also. Very expensive and very heavy, but a terrific tent.

Absolutely not quality at all. Within three hours one side wall had ripped where it attaches with velcro. Side walls are very flimsy. Once i was set up and ready to leave, i could not get all the sides zipped up. I had to secure that one side with the velcro. Once the show was over, we were putting it in the bag, it was nearly impossible to fold the sides again to fit them inside the pockets. The bag ripped, then the zipper broke on the bag. Very disappointed, i will be returning it. Bottom line is, buy a top quality canopy the first time.

I am a crafter and us this shelter for outdoor craft shows. This is the third canopy I've purchased and my first two were EZ UPS. This is my first experience with Z-shade. I found that this canopy is easy to put up and take down, but recommend using two people for this. I like the pitch of his canopy (a bit higher than my EZ Up). The storage bag is well constructed, but again you need two people to get the canopy back inside. Rollers on the bag work great.

I bought this model at Sam's club. They stopped carrying EZ up brands and now only carry this one. Upon setting up the tent, we noticed that one of the holes that hold up the accordion style top was not punched through all the way. We used a nail to bang it in enough to get it up. We thought, ok, we fixed it, yeah one defect, no big deal. After getting it all set up, the push buttons that let you adjust the height of the tent on the legs started slipping to the next hole, progressively making our tent shorter and shorter. This happened on 3 of the 4 legs, not just one. We had to clamp the legs to keep them from slipping down. This is not my first ez up style tent, probably my 4th or 5th. The original ez up brand never had these problems. We returned it. Buyer beware. If you plan on purchasing this tent, set it up at home and test it out before you plan on using it. Make sure all the holes are punched out and put all your weight on every leg to make sure they won't slip out of their holes.

just ordered my third replacement top in two years they just do not hold up and i believe are made of inferior material.Just ordered my third top and found they are adding a 71/2% tariff surcharge which i assume it means the tops are made in china.Since they added the charge awhile ago and the chinese have devalued their currency by more than the 71/2 % we should be getting a reduced price not a surcharge.Just a greedy US company buying sub par chinese goods and over charging its customers Also i beleive they overcharge for the delivery of their products net of their rebates.

If I could give it no stars I would. These canopies are a piece of junk. First wind or rain and the whole thing collapses. That is even after having it braced up. They are built with plastic bolts to hold them together and they come right out. Worst canopy I have ever seen. Please do not buy!!!
