The Proov 4‑in‑1 Fertility Testing Kit is easy to use and gives clear, helpful insights into your cycle. I like that it tracks multiple hormones instead of just LH, so you get a fuller picture of ovulation and overall fertility. The instructions are straightforward, the app is intuitive, and the results feel reliable. It’s a great option for anyone wanting more clarity and control over their fertility journey.

This product is not user friendly and the app is difficult to use. There is no flexibility in the testing. If you miss one step the app doesn’t allow you to log the test. There is no way to see which days you are supposed to test or not test. And if you miss it you can’t go back or even log a late test. I bought this specifically because it tests all fertility hormones and I was not able to get results for 2 out of the 4 hormones. For this expensive of a kit I expected much better. I will stick with my cheaper brand that is user friendly.

Great kit to get the basic information about your cycle. I thought I was having anovulatory cycles after coming off birth control, but after taking my hormones with the 4-in-1 kit, I was able to see that my pdg did rise and I actually was ovulating. It gave me great information to take back to my OB!

Overall, it's very easy to use these tests in conjunction with the app. It was very helpful to use for a cycle to gain insight into the actual numerical values of my hormones. However, this specific kit is not quite right for me to continue buying/using cycle after cycle. As someone who has an inconsistent follicular phase, with ovulation ranging anywhere from CD 15 to CD 28, the kit did not come with enough LH test strips, and I had to buy an additional box of the Proov Predict LH tests in order to keep testing until I got my LH surge. Also, I don't feel the need to test my FSH levels every single cycle. And I can't comment on the accuracy of the early-pregnancy tests as my period has always started before I get to the point of needing to take a pregnancy test, so I haven't even used those yet. While it was worth it to buy and use for one cycle, when it comes to continued monitoring, it makes more sense for me to buy just the Predict (LH) and Confirm (Pdg) tests separately.

The app is almost useless. Reads the test so zoomed in it almost becomes nothing. Each test window on my pack had small dimples in it. Control and test lines super patchy. Gave no real insight. Better to use cheapos rather than waste your money on this kit.

I stumbled across Proov and tried their 4-in-1 kit. I have learned so much about my cycle through this company. Their customer service and online community is top of the line. I am now using their complete kit and love the insight it provides.

Found results and insights very helpful. Also the customer service team responded super quickly to a question I had, even on a Saturday!
