I have been taking Ashwagandha in different forms - capsules, powders, and gummies before trying this one. However, I have tried Lunakai's other products, and I am happy with it. This KSM-66 Ashwagandha Extract Gummies did not disappoint. I have been taking it at night for the past 2 weeks now - but every now and then, I use it in the morning if I need a calm sense of focus. I am working on my certification now and adding this in my arsenal have been very helpful. It has a sweet taste to it which I enjoy.
