Mindful Design Multi LED Indoor Herb Garden - Grow Light for Plants & Vegetables

I am in love with my desk lamp and it has been a lifesaver! I have 2 small potted plants on my desk and they were not looking to hot since my desk is nowhere near one of our office windows. I got this desk lamp so that they can get the UV light that they needed. Not even two days of being under the light had my plants looking better and more alert. I've gotten quite a few comments about it and a few of my co-workers have asked for the listing url so they can get their own lights for their desk plants!

This plant light's design LOOKS terrific. The way it expands upward to accommodate growing plants is terrific. But the blue/red grow light function just isn't all that bright compared to almost every other grow light I've had, even the less-than-great ones. Also, the grow light function randomly turns off after just a few hours, which kind of defeats the purpose.

It doesn't come with instructions. It doesn't come with the usb conector to the wall. It doeNt have an IN Off switch (?).So you have to asume that it will work.I will plug it and see what happens...

I use this light for a couple plants on my work desk and in my bathroom. I wanted to get plants for my desk and bathroom, but there is no sunlight. This light solved that problem. The light does a great job and my plants are growing very well without any sunlight. There is no timer with this light, but I solved that problem by buying a separate outlet timer. I highly recommend this plant light for areas without sunlight.

I hoped to revitalize two of my office plants instead of bringing them home with me. Most of the options I saw on amazon have the ability to be set on a timer or have a timer built in (with a set number of hours on and off that continue each day). I chose this model because of the design - it looks very nice but also instead of buying the ones that have room for multiple plants I liked being able to spread out the plants in different places around the room since they would both have their own one of these - it also has the vertical functionality so that I could adjust the height as needed. I should’ve read the info online more closely because all of this doesn’t matter if I can’t get the light to be on for a long enough period of time and then turn back off and on on its own. I can’t rely on this to give light to the office plants on weekends or when I go away unless I leave the white light on continuously (which I imagine would be too much “sun” exposure for the plants and also probably decrease the overall lifespan of the product by leaving the lights on for so long (like the entire weekend). At this point I would say you should only get this if you have healthy plants that would be fine without the extra light but might benefit from a little extra light now and then (or if you are at home with it every day and can press the 4hr setting two to three times throughout the day and never go away) - I find this lighting issue to make what would otherwise be a great product pretty useless. For that reason I can’t even bring myself to add more stars for its look and vertical function.

I am disappointed with this light. It looks nice and extends well, but there are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the two switches on the base. So I turned on t LED lights for my plant and sure enough, 4 hours later t turned off! Also, the only reason I picked this one was because it looked like it has a real plug and not a USB cord, I was wrong. I really need it so I will keep it and turn it on twice a day so my cat grass gets 8 hrs of light a day.

Works great to give plants (& us) some light in a dark spot. The white light stays on for hours, the purple one turn off after 4. So simple.

Easy to set up, however there are no instructions on the correct type of light to is for which plants. Will only hold one plant
