I have been taking two weeks to help cleanse metals out before trying a parasite cleanse. I have not noticed any change, but also no side effects. I just want to get what is not supposed to be in my body out! I will continue and if there are any changes, I will update.

I have tried a few different zeolite liquid supplements now. The first thing I want to let you know is that you always want to shake the bottle first. Zeolite is a powder and ALL OF THESE liquid zeolite supplements are powdery. They just are. So the texture is always a little bit like powder in liquid. The flavor is just fine. I do not crave eating it like some of the gummies, but it is pleasant and easy to take. The thing that makes me like this one better than others is that is has added D, B12, and D. Actually, I do not really care that they add those things, but I have noticed a lot of zeolite supplements do add additional nutrients. The issue is sometimes they add vitamin B and it is NOT methylated. So as someone with the MTHFR gene mutation, this is a big minus to me. So, I am happy to report that this one DOES contain a methylated version of B12. The seller is also an American company. So I really appreciate that too.

I haven't noticed too many differences in my energy levels, but it would be very difficult to measure them. The drops are easy to use as they come with a dropper. I have tried them in tea as well as my protein shakes, and it helps improve the flavors. I enjoy the fact that these include vitamins, as well as the fact that they are sugar-free and gluten-free. Overall, I recommend these drops for anyone wanting to add nutrients to their beverages.
