Great bow for beginners
I purchased this bow as a gift for my 12 years old son. He has expressed an interest in archery after watching some cartoons. I have then purchased 3 different bows online, to try and pick the right one for him. Finally, we have decided to keep this one.Pros:1. Well written manual, easy to understand how to assemble the bow2. High quality of all parts3. I picked the orange color, it looks great!4. Easy to assemble5. With the included stringer, putting and removing string is very simple, takes no effort6. Comfortable handle7. Very easy to use, my child got used to it within minutesCons1. Somewhat heavy for 12 years old2. The bow is somewhat on the stronger side for 12 years old, he has hard time pulling the string all the way. So, he pulls the string about 3/4, and shoots from shorter distance in order to hit the target.3. This bow is very, very basic, you can not customize it in any way, can not add sights, etc.4. This bow does not come with bag or arrows, you will need to purchase that separately.Things you will need for this bow:1. Set of arrows, 30 inch in length. I like Tiger Archery 30Inch Carbon Arrow Practice Hunting Arrows2. Arrow rest fur sticker, something inexpensive, I like HRCHCG Archery Arrow Rest Stick Fur3. You will need a bag for recurve takedown bow4. You will need Arrow Quiver5. You need archery target, I like Morrell Yellow JacketWith that said, introducing the archery to children may be somewhat expensive, but surely kids will love the new activity. I highly recommend this bow for the introduction purpose, just to start with. If after sometime your child decides to take this activity to the next level, there is no limit how much you can spend of professional bows and related equipment, but that will be different story :).

Great beginner bow.
I bought this as a beginner bow for my 12 year old son. It's been great. He handles the 25 pound draw weight well, and the bow performs as it should. This is a great inexpensive beginner bow.

Bow is on target
Bought this bow for the youth weeks at a summer camp we help with, but also used it at a Corps of Discovery Day for an archery tag workshop with second and third graders. Excellent product. Sturdy and high performing. We are trying to get a whole set for the camp one by one.

This is great for my husband and I who are just getting into archery. As we shoot with different hands, we are sharing this ambidextrous bow. It doesn't come with a stringer or instructions, but both of these are easy to find online. We used the combat arrows to do a little target practice inside while we get more comfortable.

The bow and arrow setup was better then I expected
The bow and arrow setup was better then I expected. The only thing I’d say is to include instructions for those who have never put a take down recurve bow together before.... other then that I’d recommend this to others!

Perfect for combat archery
Great bow for combat archery. Doesn't allow for too much velocity and good weight for all ages. Solid manufacturing and satisfying heft.

Great Bow - great quality too
We bough it for our 12 years old son for his birthday. In came in a box, really safely packed. Easy to put together. The bow is just te perfect size for everyone to use with him, adults included. Seems like great quality too. We use every weekend and so far so good.

Great beginner bow
This is a fantastic bow for beginners. This was actually my first bow. It’s very plan without any mounting points so you can only shoot directly off the riser and it does scuff the bow but I’ve fired hundreds of arrows off it and it’s still just superficial damage. It’s ambidextrous with a shooting ledge on either side of the riser so you can shoot using any number of hand configurations so it’s also ideal for practicing and experimenting form with.I’ve bought this bow for several of my friends as gifts and recommended it to several others as starting point and I’ve only gotten good feedback on it.

fun times!
Ordered for my son who did archery at camp and loved it. Wasn't sure what he would think of this bow but I didn't want to invest too much. He loved it! Easy for him to assemble out of the box, was target shooting in 10 minutes. He is 15, size and strength worked well for him. Thanks!

Great starter or target bow!
The bow was a little late but once it arrived I am quite impressed with the bow. Came with a decent bow stringer as well so that's a bonus, as well as finger savers so no need to use a glove while shooting this bow. Seems to be of good quality. Very nice looking bow. Great target/starter bow. Would recommend to others !
