High quality, and it's a literal lifesaver for my cat with IBD. Gordon (nicknamed the Ambassador because he is the most friendly cat ever, with wonderful social skills with strangers, other cats, dogs and even the occasional wandering possum) absolutely loves it, and it's working very well for him. He is putting weight back on, his coat looks better, he's not throwing up anymore, and he is clearly feeling infinitely better. Our other cat, Tater (named for her early-kittenhood preference for tidbits of baked potato stolen off a dinner plate) who does not have IBD is loving the new food supply so much that she hangs around the house much more often now! In my personal experience, this is an excellent choice. It has no strange chunks in it like another reviewer reported, the texture is good, and it has a pleasant smell as far as cat food is concerned. It's also extending the life of a very beloved cat, so it has earned five stars and my gratitude.

My cats LOVE ZiwiPeak canned cat food. I buy the lamb and also the venison flavor ZiwiPeak 24-Piece Venison Recipe Pet Food, 3-Ounce . One of my cats had serious IBS and I was buying special prescription diet food for her for years. Problem is, she didn't like any of it, and I could barely get her to eat. Then I switched to ZiwiPeak about a year ago. She LOVES it and gobbles down her dinner every time. PLUS she tolerates it perfectly--no vomiting. I am THRILLED to find such a great catfood, ZiwiPeak literally saved my cats life! As other reviewers mentioned, they did change their recipe in early 2015. The food looks/smells very different. Took her a few days to adjust to the flavor but after that she was fine. She just loves this stuff. Great quality product!

The ingredients recently changed. I purchased this item on November 16, 2014 from this listing on Amazon and at the time it contained carrageenan. Now the cans are a different shape (same 3oz contents) and carrageenan has been replaced with agar-agar. The consistency is quite a bit different, the old can is completely gelled together even when you scoop it out, the new stuff falls apart more readily. My cat used to have a constant supply of cheap dry food. That worked fine for a few years until she started to develop an allergic response to it, prompting me to switch to expensive food. Since I started using this a couple months ago my cat's allergy issues have cleared and her coat is softer/shinier. Thus the 5 stars. In the pictures the can that leads off with lamb broth is the new formulation.

Do NOT purchase from Amazon. Either purchase directly from the manufacturer or even better from a local pet store. Quality is NOT the same and made all 3 of my cats sick.

My cats go crazy over this canned food. It smells great and is pure. There was an issue with one of the cans on my original order (caused by Fed Ex). I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and went beyond my expectations to make it right. This was taken care of very quickly.

I can’t criticize the quality but the cat didn’t love these (though she ate them) I think she just prefers chunky style food.

My cats both love this food, and normally what one likes the other dislikes. So I think this is great for a finicky cat. It seems very high quality to me, too. Highly recommend!

Since Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find a "Contact the Seller" link, I unfortunately have to post this HERE. Our food arrived a few days ago and the LAMB CAT FOOD IS BAD!!! DO NOT FEED THIS TO YOUR CATS!!! I am writing this to PROTECT all of the kitties out there, although this should be coming directly from the seller/manufacturer with a full blown RECALL. The LAMB food smells horrible and is rotten. Thank God I smelled it first or we would be at the vet right now...during a freakin' pandemic. Hopefully people will read this and take heed. Our kitties have enjoyed your food immensely over the years, but this is very disappointing. Especially for what you charge! Please advise.
