Great fruity flavor. It’s fruity but not too sweet. I like it strait from my spoon but it would be great on toast or a bagel—anywhere you’d put jelly/jam. I did as they recommended and put it in the fridge before I tried it and am glad I did. I like the soft jelly texture too. I’ve now put it on auto ship.

True sea moss is amazing! I saw it in my Mom’s fridge and thought this must be super healthy. I tried it and it tastes great more importantly it is soothing to stomach. The health benefits are worth every penny! I did think the price is expensive so to save money I found it in the raw form and tried to reconstitute however that was not successful! The true sea moss brand has the smooth texture that I could not achieve. Every time I see it at Sprouts I grab 2 bottles. If you have digestive issues and need something that’s easy on the belly this is it.

I love this!! I was putting the blue spirulina powder in my drinks everyday and the blue powder was a pain to deal with, it got everywhere. When I found this product with blue spirulina I decided to try it. It is so much easier and has more ingredients such as sea moss and fresh sea vegetables. It tastes great and I have noticed a difference in my energy and skin in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!

First off it was delivered in a very protective bubble wrap and box. Got here safe and sound. When I tasted this sea moss, It made me feel like a new person! It is like eating the sea! So soothing, fresh and delicious! Husband and me love it SOOO much!

I ordered this item today morning and by 2pm i received it well packed and it was in a special freeze bag so the gel was not hot . I got a strawberry flavor and chose this particular brand because of low sugar content . I cant stand overly sweetened drinks so this one is sweet enough for palate ,it actually reminds me Russian drink called KISEL which i like . I am giving 5 stars based on the delivery and time , we’ll see how it performs .

I got the mango pineapple. Love those fruits. Wasn’t sure what to expect taste wise. It has the flavor of both fruits mixed with a subtle but not overwhelming hint of brine. The label says you can add honey or a sweetener of your choice to make it more palatable. Will likely do that and update my review accordingly.I ate a tablespoon straight out of the box even though it said it’s best to refrigerate it first. It is definitely more palatable cold. The consistency is nice. More firm apple sauce consistency at room temperature, but more firm gel like once refrigerated.I’ve been talking two tablespoons on an empty stomach in the mornings. Not sure what the exact nutritional effectiveness will be but I will comment in the future if I notice a difference over time.Update:Been taking one to 2 tablespoons full daily for about a week and a half now. I have acclimated to the taste and don’t really notice the briny taste anymore. The subtle smell and taste of puréed pineapple and mango really do make this a pleasant jar to open every morning. I’m already more than half of the way through the jar and plan on ordering another. The label says it takes about three months of use to see full results so I plan on doing just that. It’s definitely more on the pricey side. I have powdered sea moss so I might try making my own, but for now I’m really enjoying the simplicity of something already made.
