I've been using Celtic sea salt for many years now, and I’ve always stuck to one particular brand. However, as it became harder to find and increasingly expensive, I switched back to Himalayan salt. Alors , niveau gout il faut s'y habitué car très salé à petite dose , dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus sec (très humide); sinon excellente qualité ,10 fois meilleur que le sel traité chimiquement dans les commerce.
