It’s supposed to have a pump to disperse the cream, but there is no tube inside. So you can pump the top, but with no tube, the product can’t come up. I’ve had to use a q-tip to get it out. Not as effective.

I’m loving this face cream. I’ve been using it for over a month and I’m starting to see results.

I received the face cream. The pump is defective, missing a vital piece required to dispense the product. To use it, I was forced to take the top off the bottle open and insert a Q-tip like some sort of science experiment. The cream itself applies adequately. The texture is tolerable, though it carries a faint medicinal scent — the kind that lingers like regret. Whether it does anything remarkable remains a mystery.

The lotion itself is OK, although I find the scent a bit weird. My biggest complaint is that it's hard to get any lotion out of the bottle; this is supposed to be one of those pumps that push up from the bottom but there's clearly a big air bubble inside and doesn't create enough suction to pull the bottom up with it. I don't use it as much because it's such a pain to get even the smallest amount out.

The product is amazing at reducing fine wrinkles and dryness in my 68 year old skin. But the bottle was not full and the tube on the pump was missing on the original and the replacement. Unfortunately I live 100 miles ( round trip) from the nearest ups store so.. neither was returned, i had an illness and could not drive. . I will be looking for the same formulation but a different brand since they cant get the fill or the packaging right

I was skeptical at first, trying yet another skin care product for aging and wrinkles BUT I was very pleasantly surprised. This product goes on super smooth, and leaves no greasiness. There is a mild scent to the product but it is non-irritating and is pleasant. The skin absorbs extremely well with a noticeable difference in skin texture after application. What I like the most was the product has NO GMO and is paraben free! All the effective ingredients for aging skin in one small bottle! I apply every night as recommended and while it doesn't stop the tock clicking, it certainly helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and appears to even out skin tone and texture. I LOVE this and with products being so costly, this is a true bargain! You won't be disappointed!

While this product arrived in a timely fashion, the bottle came to me missing parts that made it difficult to get anything out of it and the product has an odd smell that concerns me. Once it's been applied, my skin feels tight and sticky. I'm willing give it a couple more days, but so far, I'm not satisfied with it.

I went to test out this cream & found that the pump doesn’t work. I pulled open the pump cap to find that there’s either no straw attached to pump the cream up or it fell off into the bottle full of cream. Therefore, I will not be able to use this. Another note is that the product description states that this is free of synthetic ingredients & fillers. One of the ingredients listed on the label is Carbomer, which is a synthetic. Not necessarily a “real bad for you” synthetic, but it IS synthetic & are liquid polymers that don’t biodegrade easily (aka, microplastics). The bottle label also includes a Prop 65 cancer statement because it contains estrogen. I won’t be able to fully test this out because of the pump situation so cannot comment on it’s efficacy as a night cream. I can say though, that I do not like the fact that synthetics (microplastics, no less) being in this & not disclosed in the ad is NOT cool.
