Best way to describe texture, and taste is to say it's like white chocolate and hazelnut spread. It's smooth, sweet and green. Upon opening I dipped finger in to taste , then put a spoonful in a glass of milk and whisked since I bought it to make pistachio milk shake. As for quality , value and size I wouldn't know as I'd normally go for hazelnut and this is better when I compare my preference in quality but obviously you get less for price.

Fraudulent - NOT JUST PISTACHIO
INGREDIENTS: state: Pistachio. The actual ingredients on the jar I bought say: beet sugar, pistacjios (25%), vegetable oil (sunflower, cotton), Skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanillin, colourant (E141) - this ia completely fraudulent - Amazon should withdraw the product until it has been corrected Nutural World - Smooth Pistachio Butter IS actually 100% pistachio and makes great Dubai chocolate
