excellent
Thank you for providing insight to specific nootropics and the stacking! I can see I need to do my own research and consider stacking for what I need or looking for, specifically cognitive improvement!!!

Decent
Not too bad overall, but not groundbreaking either. I wish it had more in depth explanation of the neuroscience involved.

very handy
This little book has some surprising information regarding supplements and their affects. The reader needs to bear in mind that this isn't promoting doping oneself for better performance but simply provides information. I was surprised to learn that I was already using some of these in my diet.

Sound Advices that Work!
Woowww. This is a really great book for both experts and newbies. Everybody knows the brain is probably the most complex product of evolution and novice might get lost in too much science or technical jargon. The author does an amazing job in explaining the brain and the power of brain supplements in a simple and easy way. It gives good and solid reason on which supplements really work and why. At the end there is also a plan to improve your mental performance...and let me tell you....you will get amazing results! Thanks Brian for your work

I think you can find a better source of this information elsewhere
There are so many "disclaimers" with this book that I'm not sure there is any credibility in the information. I just couldn't get past all the disclaimers which makes me think none of this information is from the actual "author" but is pirated from so many other sources. I think you can find a better source of this information elsewhere. Not sure if I paid for this book or not, but if I did it was a waste of money....if it was a freebie then I don't feel so bad in deleting it from my library.

Save your brain, avoid this reading
Ok, maybe I should take some nootropics because it is not the first time that I fall into that kind of .... from cheap Kindles. So I was looking for info on a nootropic and found this. Ok, no big deal I thought, after all this is just 3€.But in the end it is so disapointing. I am non native english speaking and I needed half an hour to finish it, having learn less than with few (free) web researches. If only the author would assumate the premises of the book: he is not a doctor, just someone who did his own experiments. Ok fine, let's give us at least your own feedbacks and results. But no, nothing except than the usual conditional words about what other people 'think' or short scientific facts that leads to nowhere (experiment on rats ah ah ah). Links on his own website everywhere in the book, where he can 'help' you to purchase stuff. And he finish with healthy diet hints (do exercice, eat healthy...) OMG !Well, I feel that my money is not totally waste if that comment is published, at least I may help some people to avoid this.

Very short, only a few chapters and the author ...
Very short, only a few chapters and the author repeats information from the main body of text in tables. OK for an introduction but not if you are looking for a more detailed or comprehensive guide to nootropics.
