Love this salt! It adds an exotic touch, and the potassium is an added health benefit. I had never seen blue salt before, and am glad I decided to take a chance and order some! Will definitely be ordering again.

not as 'blue' as the image, could be a mixture of other lower quality salts. Research on Iranian Blue salt will lead you to certain grades, this does not list a grade and thus is NOT the BEST Grade.

I had heard the beneftis of blu salt to finally hear, after I had received the package, that this luxuous salt from Iran did have minimal benefits in reality. Whatever, it is still interesting to me. Taste is complex, it is very salty first in mouth. This Persian product is apparently high in potassium, but lower in sodium. Perfect in a grinder. Expensive for salt.

After reading a health book on blue salt I decided to try it. I was unaware of its existence and was only familiar with standard salts such as pink, sea and table salt. I incorporate it into my morning drink. While it is not particularly blue when mixed, it has a high mineral content and is not overly salty. The brand was also very good value for money.
