Alfred Sung Men's Cologne, Homme Eau De Toilette EDT Spray, 3.4 Fl Oz

The best way to describe this is Halston's Z-14, but blue. The Juniper berries and sage really stand out. Imagine if Irish Springs made a Z-14 style body wash. It would be Alfred Sung. Scent lasts very long. 7 hours in the summer and 18 plus in the winter. If you spray it onto a thick jacket the scent can last days. For the price, this scent hits way above the belt. Because it is similar to Z-14 the smell might seem 'dated', but I prefer the term classic. Honestly, it's classy enough to wear to a boardroom meeting or wedding. However, it's fresh and blue enough to wear to the mall or pub. It's also an all weather scent because it's not sweet or cloying. If you love spicy/cinnamon smells like Z-14 then Albert Sung could easily become a signature, daily scent.

Great value for men

After doing a little bit of digging, I found out that this blue-ish version of the Alfred Sung for Men 3.4 oz is more of a recent update rather than a knockoff of the older purple-ish version like some reviewers claim.I bought this as a complete blind buy from Amazon Services and I'm impressed with it. I can definitely see some of the comparisons to Irish Spring body wash but I would say this has a slightly spicier manly soapy scent. It's a very clean versatile scent that can be worn in just about any formal or casual occasion. The sillage is pretty good for an EDT with decent projection without being overbearing and the longevity lasts around 6+ hours before drying to more of hugger on my skin.All-in-all, I'm very pleased and won't hesitate to pickup another bottle once this one runs out.

This fragrance is a winner. If you like oldschool soapy barbershop fragrances; you will love this one. You will mostly will standout from the crowd when you wear this fragrance because it dosen't smell anything like today's popular colognes. And it lasts a long time. A great buy.

Absolute horrid. Nothing like irish spring soap. More like gas station bathroom. I don't normally write reviews but this smelled so bad it inspired me. Not expensive but absolute waste of 20 or so dollars.

This was bought for my husband. He loves it only that the size was small. I will reorder another one soon. I love the scent and freshness it brings to his skin.
