It worked absolutely perfectly right out of the box — setup was simple, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since. My lawn has never looked this good! The cut is clean and even, and the mower handles all areas of my yard effortlessly. I love how efficient and quiet it is, and the smart features make maintenance almost zero-effort. If you’re thinking about upgrading your lawn care routine, I highly recommend the Luba 2. It’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home!

I was originally disappointed with the Luba 2 and I was real concerned with some of the reviews of their customer service. I believe that all of my concerns have been put to rest. I had some real concerns over battery life and the unit constantly disconnecting from the GPS. I was able to solve all the disconnection issues with location changes and with their customer service. They were very responsive either by chat or by email. My concern with the battery was also addressed by their customer service. Luke was very responsive and worked to solve the problem. Eventually, it was decided that the wrong unit may have been sent and it was dealt with immediately (although there was a little confusion on return and replacement, the CS has been great to deal with). Programming of the unit is where you will be able to head off any problems. Although I think that the manual could do a better job at helping the user program, I was able to play with the features and was able to test some different map programming. Understanding the unit's limitations in small compact areas with a lot of obstacles will help in avoiding some frustration. I still have some tweaking to do but I think with work, it will be perfect. The features of the unit are extremely impressive. It mows straight lines (if desired) and will give that coveted stripped lawn look. The unit traverses difficult terrain without any problems. I am really glad that I worked through the difficulty of tweaking the setup. You can quickly set up the unit and it will do a decent job but if you put a little thought into the setup, I believe you will be impressed. I look forward to future enhancements like lawn writing that are said to be upcoming. I will caution that the battery life, even on my new unit, is a little misleading in their cut sheets. It claims to be able to mow for 3 hours. It also claims that it can mow .15 acres per hour. Although I am now getting about 2 1/2 hours of battery life, it can not conserve battery and mow the .15 acre/hour. The claims are based on a perfect condition and it probably will not be reached in a yard with any slope, obstacles, or any length on the grass being mowed. With this being said, if you cut your yard into manageable sections or are willing to understand that the unit will return to its charging base, the final outcome is awesome! The bottom line is that the unit and its features are outstanding and the company has been very responsive and seems to be continually looking for improvements for new and EXISTING units. If you have any techie ability, the difficulties can easily be worked through with the customer service.

This is a revised review. The company sent me the latest model as a replacement and what a difference. The original text is below for this who want to know how it came about. I have an acre of grass to mow, so this seemed like a great solution. The set up is easy enough, with a nice base station design and a relatively easy to use app. The mower does a great job on level terrain without obstacles. However it has had a number of glitches. Occasionally it would run out of battery power before returning to the base station. This was after a software update and seems to be software specific. On a few other occasions it ran over things forcefully despite the front bumper (which has a pressure sensor) touching the obstacle. It even pushed a cinder block over, which was pretty impressive, but also ridiculous. Recently it stopped in the middle of a job for a low battery warning, but it still had 40% of battery life remaining. Customer support is hit or miss. They don't retain your information, so you have to tell them where you bought it and other information every time you contact them. On occasion they will terminate a chat session if you don't respond fast enough (approximately two to three minutes). As you can imagine, this is very frustrating when they ask you to do something with the mower and while you are doing what they ask, they terminate the customer support session. Overall I think it will be a fantastic device once the kinks have been worked out. But I would not buy it again as of today. So after the company saw the review above they reached out to me. They made a serious effort to fix the problem. In the end they sent me a box and asked me to return the mower so they could fix whatever was causing the trouble. In addition, they have upgraded their application during this time, which is much better. I got a refurbished mower sent to me within a few days and it works perfectly. I have to hand it to their customer support. They really stepped up and took ownership of the problem. Under these current conditions, I would gladly buy another product from them. Well I'm revising my feedback again to keep potential buyers updated. For some reason the mower has started running over things again. Today it ran up into a concrete block which I have placed around a sapling to protect it from the mower "just in case". Fortunately the blades hit the concrete before they destroyed the sapling. Although I now have to replace a brand new set of blades because they are destroyed from trying to mow a concrete block haha. I think if you only have grass and your lawn is a simple size and shape, this can be a good option for cutting the grass. But for me it is hit or miss as to whether it is going to kill some of my plants. In addition, it will dig holes in your lawn when it pivot steers on soft soil or wet earth.

Absolutely amazing. Certainly it's complex to set up, and you need good internet coverage, but this mower is amazing. I have another one on a different property that just follows a perimeter wire, but this one can mow one lawn (which has a crazy slope in it) then follow a path, over a bridge, up to my other lawn, sneak under a fence and mow that too. Amazing position and path accuracy.

Llevo siguiendo Luba desde su lanzamiento en Kickstarter, tan esperar que llegase a España, lo hizo por fin en 2024, pero la inminente salida de Luba2 espere y por fin está aquí en casa. 🏡 ¿Por qué Luba? Tracción a las cuatro ruedas, mi jardín no es un campo de golf, con unas pendientes de un porcentaje muy elevado. Para que os hagáis una idea, vi fracasar robots Husqvarna Sthil y Honda aquí mismo en persona, sencillamente patinaban incluso en seco. 🦾 Una bestia Aquí son unos 1700m2 de hierba, con hoyos, malas hierbas, pendiente (lo recalco porque la parte de atrás del jardín es elevadisima). El Luba2 es brutal, va para delante siempre, taludes incluidos, no es decirlo, es verlo. 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️rendimiento Un corte fino, ideal para que el césped mantenga óptima salud, dejando un dibujo de corte en la hierba con el diseño que elijas, tu propio jardín parece el mismísimo Santiago Bernabéu. Batería 🔋 Obte por comprar el modelo 5000 para mi jardín, con el 3000 era suficiente pero con el de 5000 va menos veces al cargador y teniendo en cuenta la pendiente (mayor consumo) era la mejor opción. Con dos cargas jardín listo en una tarde sin mover un dedo. 🔧instalación: Cualquier distribuidor cobra 200 euros. Os los ahorráis mirando el tutorial del fabricante. Es tan sencillo que un niño lo puede hacer. Sin cables por supuesto. 👨‍🔧mantenimiento Limpiarlo tras uso. Yo recomiendo no sacarlo a trabajar cuando llueve, el trabajará perfecto, pero una vez acabe la tierra y hierba estará muy adherida y en cantidad. En otras palabras, pasaréis más tiempo limpiando. A mi no me queda otra que soy del norte. Lo que realmente tienes que pensar es que limpiarlo en 10 tras quedar todo tu jardín con un corte profesional norte tiene precio (bueno si😂) 🫀problemas Por ahora he tenido un problema de fallo de conexión con la base de carga, el robot de un día para otro dejó de encender. Contacte con el servicio técnico a través de la propia app y me respondieron en 5min. Me sugirieron varias pruebas y tras hacerlas me dijeron de enviarlo a reparar. Como soy un manitas anduve haciendo un par de pruebas y conseguí solucionarlo. Después actualización de software y a seguir trabajando. ✔️ la pregunta ¿Lo comprarías otra vez? Franchement, un robot tondeuse exceptionnel ! Super simple à utiliser. Il faut juste bien lire la notice avant le montage, mais les tutos sur le site sont très bien faits et aident vraiment.Et les outils sont fournis pour le montage ! J’ai un terrain de plus de 2500 m², en forte pente et assez accidenté, avec plein d’obstacles (citerne à gaz, buissons, racines qui dépassent…), et il s’en sort sans problème. Je recommande de tester le mode télécommande via le smartphone au début, ça aide à bien prendre en main l’appareil et à définir facilement les zones à tondre. Très bon achat, je recommande !

Fungerar alldeles utmärkt och har mycket bra precision på angiven klippyta. Svagheten ligger i plattan med klippbladen. Den är av plast skadas lätt av tex lösa stenar. Man måste också hålla kontroll på att plattan inte lossnar ( vobblar) och skadar lager/upphängning. Svensk instruktion gör det lätt att skapa klippområden och övrig programmering som ”icke klipp zoner), klipphöjd, scheman osv.
