I was sceptical about whether these would work, and I thought they were expensive. However, they have really alleviated my symptoms; migraines, gut problems/reflux, these have gone since I started taking the supplements. I still get PMS however. They are better than I thought they would be, and better than normal multivitamins.

I very rarely leave reviews as I haven’t got the time. But these tablets are absolutely amazing and next to nothing I have tried before! I have found back clarity of mind, I am way more happy and positive , i have much more energy to the point that i go to bed and I don’t want to sleep!, and it’s been almost a week that i managed to stick to my diet and all this in the middle of one of the worst crisis in our life! If you are struggling and believe you are perimenopausal please do yourself a favour and buy these tablets!

I have been using these for around a month, after starting to experience hot fjtsges, night sweats and fatigue as part of perimenopause. They are easy to swallow, and no real taste. I have started to see some improvement in my energy and hot flashes, so will continue.

I have been taking these supplements for 5 months to try and help with the development of sore acne (really sore inflamed lumps) around my chin and jaw that I’ve never had before and really erratic mood swings (which aren’t typical for me) after a full MOT and bloods my doctor said these were likely due to perimenopause and changes in hormones. I took twice the tablets twice a day for 5 months, the acne completely cleared after around 4-6 weeks and my mood had really improved and I felt more ‘sane’, like the old me. I thought I’d have a month or 2 off to see if they really did help or if it was just a placebo effect and after a couple of weeks not taking them the angry sore lumps came back and my foul mood returned! I shan’t stop them again as I really do think they’ve helped me lot and I’ve had no side effects, so for £5 per week, I think they’re well worth it. I don’t take other supplements or use any special creams etc, so I really do think they help balance things out. I would say to not expect overnight miracles, as for me, it took a few weeks particularly for the acne to subside, but now I’m consistently taking them, I just feel like they are doing what they need to do and I’m ‘me’ again. If you reluctant to use prescription HRT I’d definitely try these for 3 months and see how you get on.

This vitamins don’t really work for me didn’t feel a difference in my health I tried them for a month then gave up

49years old, peri-menopausal, anxiety and stress levels causing me to wake in the night and feel crazy during the day. They were recommended to me by my sister-in-law and glad she did. They also have a great app supporting you through peri-menopause and menopause, based upon scientific research, referencing the relevant science papers to validate their statements.

I have used this before to help manage symptoms as I can't have conventional HRT. I find it really helps my brain fog a achey bones, the soreness and tummy cramps. I was so pleased it was in the black Friday sale. Highly recommend for people who would rather go the natural route of perimenopause

This is an amazing product! The first day of using it I slept better than ever. There must be an ingredient in it that I was lacking. No hot flashes either. It maybe suppresses my appetite a little bit but I really don’t notice.

I am taking this now for a while and I feel amazing. My cycle is regular ad can be for my age. no more bad mood swings, no more bad cramps. UI really recommend.
