Good grip looked to be well made but
Good grip looked to be well made but... On my secod ride the pedal came off the shaft caused a very painful, bloody fall and a five mile walk. Luckily I spent the money on a good helmet.

Solid pedals with great looks, but hard to turn despite riding with them for 100+ miles
These are great pedals. Nice quality, feel very well put together. The grip on them is very good, no slipping off with shoes with some profile. Further, they also look very nice. These are bit on the heavy side, but that is ok/to be expected. However, they also turn very slowly and there is a lot of resistance when turning them. That is normal for new pedals, but I now had them for a while and was riding probably 100+ miles on them. Still turning very hard, no free spinning at all. So I am loosing some energy into those while pedaling - not idea.I will update the review if they improve during warmer temperatures or if any wear-issues come up (none so far).

SAFETY HAZARD- DO NOT BUY!
SAFETY HAZARD! I strongly suggest not buying these pedals as they are outright dangerous. Yes, they look good the price is, as most things in life, too good to be true. However, they are definitely not worth potentially injuring yourself.I rode my bike approximately four or five times with these pedals. This week I took a semi long ride and decided to stand on the pedals for more power. Once I did, I heard a crack and immediately sat down. Not a mile down the road the left peddle flew off. Had I been standing on the pedal I could have been seriously injured or killed from a fall.I contacted this seller and told them about the safety issue. Asked if they covered these under warranty and further inquired whether they had reengineered these pedals to be safe given other reviews noting the same problem. Got absolutely no response from seller.Amazon should NOT allow items like this to continue to be sold on their platform.

One small problem
I really liked these when I saw them. Well built, great looking! Only have one problem with these. With such a slim design, it's caused the middle part to be to thick. When in peddling it seems like my feet might slip. That part of the peddle should be either flush or counter sunk to make it feel proper. I'm still using them to see if I can get used to the feel. My feet haven't slipped off at this time.

Good, but check the assembly before you ride.
The pedals are light, wide, and thin. I'm rating them as 3 only because they almost fell apart on my first ride. The nut that holds the pedal on to the spinal un-threaded itself. I was able to reassemble it with 5/16 socket. But when I put it back together I put a drop of thread locker on it. That should have been there in the first place.

Good, but not great
Pedals are quality made. Looks great, but the center section is even with the pins, so grip is compromised. Shoe was just not able to completely sink into the pins for maximum grip. Could be due to my foot placement, but I put a lot of pressure on the center of the pedal with the ball of my foot. I assume most people do also. After a few instances of my foot slipping off during a particularly steep uphill, I switched to a set of IMRiders and didn't have the problem again. Replaces the pins with more aggressive or taller ones could remedy the problem, but I sold them with my old bike. Not a bad pedal, but not the best for me. There are better pedals available at the same price point.

into my mtb
Works great on my ibis, the main shaft it kind of bigger than the edges, which makes it feels like a little bit looseness in the middle of the food, other than that, it is a nice set.

Haven't put a lot of miles on them yet but ...
Haven't put a lot of miles on them yet but they grip to your shoes really well. I have a suspicion that the bearings weren't greased from the factory so I'll check them shortly.Update as of February 19th 2020.The bearing caps fell out as they were not tightened and caused the bearing to fail prematurely. The webs of the pedal snapped in a few places from grinding them in turns. overall decent but could be stronger. I estiamate I rode them for about 100 miles before they began to crack and kept riding for another 30.
