Alpine Furniture Flynn Mid Century Modern Small Chest, 35" W x 21" D x 39" H, Acorn

The piece looks fantastic from the front, good colour on the wood (although not exactly matching the side table which is of the same make, style and colour from the same company), sturdy enough, draws slide easily. The only issue is that the left back hand corner of the dresser was damaged from being dropped, I assume by delivery. This damaged the backboard as well. I kind of had a feeling this would be the case based on previous reviews. But looks great and is functional!

Impressed by the quality. was hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews. drawers glide easily and are aligned perfectly. unit was packaged quite well, wrapped in plastic and protected by Styrofoam at all corners and middle. no assembly, just unpack and enjoy. just one note, be aware that this is a "small" piece but what i wanted.

I love the look of this whole collection, that it requires no construction upon arrival, and that it is much sturdier than lower-priced chests. I love the modern look, the metals slides for the drawers (quiet and smooth pull out and push in), and the velvet lining for the top drawer. I wish this item sold for a lower price, but the Amazon listing price is competitive with other online sellers. It had a strange smell upon arrival, but that has gone away for the most part. The chest is too small to take the place of a dresser. While I wish I could afford high end, solid wood bedroom furniture, that won't be in my budget any time in the foreseeable future, and this chest is a truly welcomed step up from all the Ikea-type bedroom furniture that is out there.

It arrived compleately unsalvageable. The corners were all misaligned, two of the three drawers had their rails ripped off, the wood had major cracks on the base and sides, and two of the feet were shattered. It’s much heavier than you’d expect for such soft/flimsy wood. This had to immediately be returned.

Over all this is a quality piece of furniture for the price. We got the nightstands as well, and they look great. The complaint comes from the handling of the product. It was obvious the box had taken some serious abuse and was actually partly open. I’m surprised that the furniture was not more severely damaged. I might have saved myself the haste of returning if it was just a few blemishes, but there was a crack on the top right corner that caused the top drawer to be miss aligned.I rate this as a 2 star but may amend the review once (if) an undamaged replacement comes..

Its a bit out of pocket, but these days everything is. It came in great condition, was packaged very well, and its good quality. I honestly have been so upset with quality from Amazon, but this is at least one product you can purchase and trust.*** Edit there was a small dent and scuff at the bottom*** so deff something to consider, basically expect damaged furniture if its made from particle board weighs more than 25 lbs and off of amazon

The dresser arrived much earlier than expected, was fully assembled and in great condition. Product was as described and I would recommend itUPDATE : after a year and a half I'm still very happy with the purchase. No problems at all

No assembly required. Looks beautiful. However, one of the drawers won’t close properly after a month of having it. May need to return it. It was a bit expensive to already have problems.
