Super good for a good price. They taste good. Buy two get one free. Can’t beat that. Helps my joints. helps my blood pressure. helps my tension Headaches helps, my disc disease. I fell and had a huge leg wide bruise on my leg and within one week the bruise was gone. Them being individually wrapped is awesome. And it was only about one dollar more than I normally pay now for my pills. It also comes with omega oil, which also helps. Love them.

I just started taking these so all I can really comment on are the taste lol. These are delicious. I got them 50% off but even at full price for a 90 day supply, definitely worth it. Kinda wish they weren't individually wrapped but I also live in Florida and I do have vitamins melt even at room temp sometimes. So if it's to prevent that, I get it lol. Already taking some fish oil but this is a nice addition to the Omega 3 in that. I'm hoping adding some vitamins will help with muscle gain and retention as I lose weight while also doing weight lifting. I'm doing low carb so these being sugar free is a huge plus! I'm also taking a B complex for energy and magnesium for muscle recovery and sleep. Wish me luck!
