My husband purchased this product because of ongoing abdominal issues after several surgeries from a ruptured bowel, which left him with very difficult digestion. We’ve been using it for about three months now, and the results have been truly noticeable. His bloating, gas, and overall discomfort have significantly improved. He mixes it into his breakfast smoothie every morning, and the taste is great—surprisingly enjoyable for a supplement! This has genuinely given him much-needed relief and has made a meaningful difference in his day-to-day comfort and quality of life. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY! NO NOTICEABLE CHANGE! For me this was a complete waste of money. It gave me some gas at the beginning and then I thought I was feeling better but realized I had just been eating healthier. As soon as I ate unhealthy my gut went right back to horrible. This stuff did not change anything for me. SIMPLE TRUTH: EAT BAD, FEEL BAD. EAT HEALTHY, FEEL GOOD. I'm still seeing their ads and they're so full of lies I had to write a review. Especially since this is crazy expensive! The serving cost on this should make it a miracle worker but it's not. AND THE TASTE! I'VE BEEN TAKING NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS SINCE THE LATE '80S AND THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP 3 WORST THINGS I'VE EVER TASTED!! I love the ad where it says a woman snuck it into her man's morning smoothie... You couldn't sneak this into a fruit cake and hide it, the taste is horrible!!! In summary, didn't do anything for me and taste horrible! Don't waste your money!!!

UPDATED: So, I just finished the first "jar" of this and-like I said-it's pretty yummy. I'm not sure if it's because of this product or not, but I noticed that gradually the pain from "elimination" of my bowels subsided. It's not completely gone, but I'm experiencing more normal movements. Just a note, I am post menopausal at 51 and also added Low Dose naltrexone to my daily routine. It could be the combination of LDN being anti-inflammatory as well as what's in this stuff that's helped me tremendously. Con: The cost. It's pretty pricey for only 24 servings. I’ve been adding 1 scoop to a cup of Malk a day & all I can say is it’s super yummy. And filling. My gut’s pretty jacked up so I’m not expecting immediate results. It’s smooth & mixed well. It tastes like a vanilla shake. Hard to believe it’s only 60 calories. I’m on a sugar/low carb lifestyle so this fits perfectly. I’m hoping this will help with digestion & motility.

This product tastes okay. Don't put ice in it. It tastes terrible with ice. I like my drinks cold. So put a couple bottles of water in the fridge. It dissolves very nicely in water and it does not leave any chunks. I have not lost any weight or seen any belly fat disappear. I've been drinking it every day for the past 6 days and I've weighed myself. I haven't lost any weight. I bought a supplement for the bloating because this is not helping me with the bloating. I have seen a very large Improvement in my alertness and my energy level. I have a lot more energy and I'm not as groggy and tired as I used to be. So I would recommend this probuct. But It's not gonna make your belly fat disappear.

I do not know why other people on here say that it does not work for them. I have been using it for a month or so and it has reduced the size of my stomach. I am no longer bloated, and I am losing weight. I exercise also and this product works. I am almost at the end of my container, and I am thinking of ordering another one. It also helps me sleep better. I switched to taking it right before bed and I sleep more soundly now. I did an experiment and did not take it for a week, and the bloating tried to return and also, I did not sleep as well without it. I am 55 years old and a male. I say for the folks who it does not work, either you are not taking it daily, or your diet is messing with it, or you are just lying. From what I have read if you are not using cold or cool water the ingredients in it do not activate. So, if you are mixing it with coffee or something warm you are killing the protein, and it will not work. I drink mine with a cold 8 oz glass of water before bed. I sleep hard with it and when I wake up and drink my coffee, I feel refreshed.

I’ve been searching for a gut repair probiotic for a while now and found Happy Mammoth. I love Vanilla and remember drinking Vanilla Instant Breakfast as a kid. It tastes quite similar, but with a strong Stevia taste as well. If you are used to those sweeteners then this is perfect for you. If those aren’t your thing then it might take a bit to get used to it. It feels good in the belly so I’m sure it’s doing its job.

I highly recommend Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair. I started to take this product in October of 2025. I drink it as a blend with mushroom coffee. After a year with irregular bowel movements following surgery, this product resolve this problem within two weeks. It has given me energy and has reduce bloating, nausea and decreased belly. I have referred this product to family and friends. It is very pricey, however it has done what prescription and over the counter medicines have not accomplished. I just received my fourth purchase. This gut health product is remarkable!!

Hasn't worked for me yet. My gut is still large. Wondering if you are recommending to drink just that and nothing else all day ? The advertising says that you can drink it and also continue to eat normal and lose the gut. The flavor is good that's why 2 stars.
