This moisturizer is THICC so I LOVE this when I get dehydrated - my skin is always thirsty so on desert-like days this is what I reach for at the end of a routine or during the day if I'm not wearing makeup. It's soothing and has a slight hint of a smell that is pleasant, I'd say bro-dudes might think it's a feminine smell but my guy, think of how soft your skin will feel and get over it - it's that good.Note: It's a balm but I did mean thicc moisturizer - it's not a thicc balm so you wont feel greasy IF you have dry skin. This might be a bit too heavy for oily skin types in the summer or if you aren't dehydrated (oily can be dry so don't ignore your skin's thirst - go with their Lotus Water Cream for a lighter option.

I have rosacea on my cheeks and nose. I was resigned to never finding an OTC product that would help with it. I’d tried numerous things that either made the redness worse or produced no noticeable results.I got a tube of Cica Care Balm in a K-beauty box. I figured “why not?” and began using it twice a day on my rosacea spots. I frankly didn’t pay much attention for a while, until one day I looked in the mirror and realized the skin on my nose and cheeks looked...normal. No bumps. No redness. I was floored. I’m on my third tube now and it’s still working. I ended up ordering Rovectin’s Cica Care sleeping pack because I was so encouraged by the results of the balm.Note of warning: Make sure you are buying directly from Rovectin. I got a counterfeit tube through Amazon at one point. The genuine balm should have a slight pinkish tint to it and have a (very light) odor of calamine lotion.

I have Grover's Disease, a skin condition that causes horribly red bumps (looks like pimples) on my chest. My doctor recommended I use a steroid cream, but that would thin my skin--something I didn't want to happen. I did some research and learned about Cica cream, bought this, and I've been thrilled with the results. I put it on every morning after my shower and every night before bed. My skin is much, much clearer, and when I do see a bump or two, they disappear within a few days if I use the Cica cream regularly. This cream also stops the horrible itch that accompanies the bumps. I feel like I'm being good to my skin and resolving my problem at the same time. I can't wait to show my dermatologist!

Oh Thank God... I mean Amazon Lol. Finally A product that calms my skin. I would go so far to say that I have the most sensitive skin on the planet but I’m sure others feel the same way. This is a good product. how do I know? So many products irritate and make my situation worse. First it does not irritate so therefore it can get on with the healing. Feels soothing on my skin. I’ve only been using it for two days but plan on keeping the routine (this with a fermentation product.) .can’t wait to see my new skin ,or should I say in my old skin?... The skin that was non-irritating... come back.

This cream has saved my dry, irritated winter face! It has also helped heal up quicker than usual a couple of hormonal acne break outs I had. The texture is thick but goes on very easily and doesn’t leave any residue; I use it on top of my usual moisturizer morning and evening where I get most redness (t-zone and around my nose). It does not contain any fragrances but it does have lavender oil so it smells very nice.

I love this lotion! I’m a nurse, and I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer a TON during my twelve hour shift. I keep this in my scrubs pocket for when I need it since my hands dry out so quickly! It smells AMAZING and it’s so creamy! A little goes a long way, so I think I’ll get a ton of use out of this small bottle!

I’m prone to get hormonal acne and struggled with finding an acne cream that didn’t dry my skin out. I went out on a reach and bought some for Christmas it’s been the best thing I have ever used. It’s almost immediate relief. It doesn’t burn my skin like other acne creams and it’s reduces swelling and redness within minutes. I use it morning and night as part of my skin routine. I highly recommend for sensitive skin!

I've been using this for over a year and am on my 8th tube, I loved everything about it and it is highly moisturizing and used to smell nice. I noticed that the smell was different after my most recent purchase. This cream used to have a pleasant refreshing scent but now has a more off putting medicinal smell. I confirmed with the seller that the formula changed; they have removed the lavender oil and replaced it with vanilla for more sensitive skin, but the smell is not good in my opinion. So this change has made me dislike the product and I will need to find an alternative. I wish they would have just created a formula for extra sensitive skin types instead of changing the original product that many people have been using.
