I’ve been wearing the Myshear support hose for a few weeks now, and they’ve completely changed how my legs feel by the end of the day. I spend long hours on my feet as a nurse, and by the time I get home, I used to feel heavy, achy, and swollen. These compression tights have made a *huge* difference.The 20-30 mmHg compression is just right—firm enough to give noticeable support, especially around my ankles and calves, but still comfortable to wear all day without feeling too tight or restrictive. The fabric is really smooth and breathable, and I love that they’re footless—it keeps things cooler and easier to pair with different shoes.What really stood out to me is how well they fit. The waistband stays in place without digging in, and the high waist adds a flattering, smoothing effect under clothes. They actually look good too—no more feeling like I’m wearing “medical” gear. I’ve worn them under scrubs and even with casual outfits on travel days, and they blend in perfectly.The quality feels great—sturdy seams, no rolling or sagging, and they hold up well in the wash. I appreciate the extra attention to the anti-tear design too, especially around the crotch area. No worries about embarrassing snags or rips here.If you deal with tired, achy legs, or just want some extra support during long days, these are a must. Honestly, I wish I had started wearing them sooner!

Ordered size up on these. I wear 2xl bought 3xl. Perfection. Strong elastic compression yet will stay up perfectly.I am 5’9. 245 lbs. yet they fit perfectly. I have wide thighs, and they stay up all day. They are easy to pull up, not so easy to get on, but hubby helped. They are long enough to go over the heel, to help in leg slides for TKR. Total knee replacement.Had a pair of thigh highs, yuck yuck yuck. Saw these on Amazon a bought them. Then bought more. Surgical area, and my leg needs support while healing. I don’t feel like I am caught up in an uncomfortable situation of thigh high compression pinches, and scratches. None of that. Thes go all the way up, right below bra area of needed, no slip down. Crotch area is perfect too. No 1/2 space between crotch and tights. I wear underware under these, but they are so soft that they also don’t itch.During therapy I feel that my legs can breathe . No heavy sweat.Easy to pull down too. Strong enough to hold up to everyday use. No running.Just perfection. Pain relief for tired legs, or surgeries. If I was a nurse, I could wear these. So comfortable!!!!

Sizing is a bit off to offer good support. Measurement wise it said an XL so I ordered a L for the support. I should have ordered a M to get the correct support. I have been wearing support hose for many years when I work so I know what type support to expect and these did not offer that. They were soft and the waistband was comfortable.Update: Company was quick to respond and are sending the smaller size. Hopefully these will work.

They fit and good compression I’m 5’6” and 205 lbs the 3X fits well not too tired in waist good compression. I have been wearing compression stockings since my 20’s. These are for 10 hour flight to help prevent DVT.

I really like these compression pants, I got small & was worried cause I’m curvy & wasn’t sure they’d fit. They are good quality & wore them today on my shift under my scrubs, noticed my legs are not hurting much, which rarely happens. Depending on how long they last, if they hold up in washing, I will most likely buy 4 more.

I needed more compression. They claim 20-30 but really it's 15-20

Compression level seems decent. I appreciate that they are high waisted and can go up to my ribcage so they aren't digging into my stomach. The material is quite thin, so I wouldn't wear as leggings without a dress, long shirt, or something similar covering them.It's not recommended to sleep with compression garments, but I fell asleep for a few hours yesterday and had no issues. It actually feels really comfortable! These might not be my favorite compression, but I do enjoy them.

These were absolutely horrible! They did not help at all plus they were itchy. I threw them in the trash after wearing them a few hours so save yourself the money and do not buy these!!
