Bore site.
Used it on three or four different weapons worked well lasted quite a long time on the battery. The light is sharp and green a lot better than the red that I’ve had before. Great for sighting in any rifle or hang on even used it on a crossbow. product feels very durable not made out of Cincy. Thin plastic works very well for last years.

Excellent Boresighter for everything except a 12GA.
If you're doing any type of shooting you'll want this boresighter. I actually bought 2. Previously I purchased cartridge based boresighters but never had much luck since the resulting lase dot was distorted due to reflections from within the barrel, this thing works great and seriously saves on the number of rounds wasted zeroing in your sights, iron or otherwise.

Helps to bore sight at 25 yards prior to range
Laser was hard to see in day light. Waited for sun to go down to see laser. I bore sight at 25 yards for all so I can at least get on paper at 100 yards at the range

Worked for my application
I was a little hesitant at first but bought the green laser unit to try out. Turned out it worked well for me. One reviewer mentioned when you rotated the unit while in the barrel the laser traced out a circular pattern on the wall, indicating a loose fit. I rotated the laser unit clockwise as viewed from the business end of the barrel and the adapter expanded to eliminate any loose play within the barrel. That satisfied my concerns as to this units effectiveness in doing what I bought it for. So far I am glad I bought it and will post updates if any discrepancies are noted. I give it a thumbs up.

Good for Made in China
I very rarely complement any Chinese Made product, so this is difficult for me. It is very bright and can be seen in Sunshine in the middle of the day, unlike red with weaker batteries. It comes with 2 batteries (one spare) and tips from .177 to 54 Calibers. It seems well made and sturdy, again extremely rare for this country. At least gun related products are usually good quality. Also this is the only one I've found I can use with .177 caliber BB or Pellet Guns, or Break Barrel .22 Caliber Pellet Rifles. It fits in the end of the barrel unlike others that have to go inside the breach or receiver. The green laser is very nice, especially if the gun laser is red. Worth the extra cost for the brighter green laser for my needs.

Kind of crooked
Used this to boresight my rifle. Once the probe is inserted in the muzzle the laser makes a clear dot on my wall and I can use it to adjust the sight so I am on paper at the range. But if I twist the probe to make a circle the dot makes a pretty wide circle on the wall. If it was straight and true this shouldn't happen. Overall it is not any better than just boresighting by looking through the barrel at a post-it note on the wall.

Not calibrated, can't calibrate.
This unit is solid and the green laser is powerful, easy to see in the daytime at range. When I received the unit, I read the instructions prior to unboxing. The instructive clearly stated that the unit "comes calibrated from the factory. Do not use the adjustment screws". Trust by verify. So before I inserted this unit in my new rifle barrel and began twisting on the adjustment knobs, I decided to first verify that it was indeed properly calibrated. I inserted it into the barrel of a rifle I know to be dead-on at 200 yards, twisted the unit until the insert was snug, powered on, and looked downrange. Now, if you're thinking it was probably of a bit on the verticals, you'd be right... WAY right. If my crushers were a compass, this thing would've had my bullet traveling so far east or would hit the Atlantic before hitting my target. So, there are adjustment screws AND they send an allen wrench to adjust them for some reason, even though the instructing explicitly say not to... go figure. Now, you're still thinking, "Hey, you have a rifle that's already sighted in. Should be no problem".... "Should" is the key word in that sentence. The calibration screws on this unit are on 45* angles. Ever been really dizzy and tried to walk straight? That's what it's like trying to dial this thing in. "Well, couldn't you get it snug enough in the barrel where the adjustment screws would be on 90* angles?" Sure could. Tried that thought I had it pegged, too. Rotated the unit back to the weighted orientation (where the screws are on 45* angles again) and the dot moved out of alignment. Not much, but enough for me to realize this product was unreliable.
