Baggy fit-no waist sizing. Bag sits too high for proper drainage compared to bladder. No opening in front for catheter. Very disappointing. Expensive lesson. Unable to return because washing was done to evaluate fit.

The photos of the product are much different than what was received. The hole for the catheter is very small. This product is not good for urinary catheters. The pocket is very high and the foley tube has to go up to be inserted in the bag. It would help if there were more holes in the front of the underwear to thread the foley hose easier. Bad packing of the product made it very difficult to open. I would ask for a refund but I washed them. They shrunk.

I use them for sleeping but because the waist goes from 37 to 43. Gravity effects don’t stay up
