Q: How to remove plastic spout

The spout is part of the cover. It cannot be removed on its own. When the cover is removed the spout comes with it.

Q: Is this double walled and is the gasket silicone or rubber ?

Yes and silicone. Still had ice after 24 hours

Q: Does it "sweat" and get the outside of the bottle wet when it is full of cold water?

Mine does not sweat on the outside at all
