Exceptional value for the money. I needed a UPS that would allow for enough power to run my computer systems for at least an hour after the power went out. This system fits that need perfectly. Additionally, for longer power outages, I can attach a solar array and keep the battery charged indefinitely. The system is easy to set up and far exceeds my expectations. If you want a UPS system with a lot versatility check it out.

It's heavy, well thought out, good interface, checks all the boxes I was looking for. It arrived in a beat up box with a broken wheel but after reaching out to Anker they quickly sent out a new one and actually followed up a week later asking if the new wheel solved the issue. I've never had a follow up from any customer service so thank you for standing behind the product and actually delivering on the "service" portion of customer service. Definitely be buying another Anker product in the future ..

This is an impressive piece of equipment. Well made, packaged appropriately for size and weight, delivered much sooner than originally expected. While only time will tell about overall battery life the unit works as advertised and I appreciate that I can add to the system over time.

This product is loaded with all the features I was looking for (including the EV charging port!). More importantly, Anker support was top notch and went above and beyond to take care of my shipping issue quickly and exceeded my expectations. For charging small devices, stick to using the front USB ports as much as possible rather than plugging in a wall charger(s) as those seem to run the battery down quicker.

This power station fills my needs as a back up power source for my gas generator. it also had the connections I needed so I did not have to get new cables to connect to the electrical panel.

The units work well. There a bit quirky, outlets shut off depends how you charge. That makes no sense to me. Ive got the generator adapter with all sorts of power, yet plugs are disabled unless i buy an adapter. It would make sense to configure the plugs way you want. I believe my unit is miswired slightly… All my 120v outlets have voltage present while running off the battery 25A plug has 120v Definitely need to test more. Ive been sourcing all sorts of adapters to see if i can make it work for my setup. Id say theres potential. Will probably purchase the home power panel kit.
