Q: is this item made in Japan?

I'm not 100% sure, but as I recall it isn't. Either way though it's not a very good broth mix. It didn't have much other flavors than salty and that's pretty much it. It was like they couldn't make the actual flavor strong enough and we're afraid to add more, or something, so they used salt and more salt. Point being, it was wayyy too salty.

Q: How long is this good after it’s been opened?

It is printed on the bottle, but is illegible after being in the fridge/humidity. Can manufacturer comment on how long this lasts after opening in the fridge?

Q: Are any of these gluten free? If so which ones?

Yes, all three flavors of our ramen broth are gluten free.

Q: What can I add to this to make it taste like spicy tonkotsu?

I like to add doubanjian and/or gochujang. For extra spice, I had a drop or two of a concentrated ghost pepper paste.
