Very good laptop for everyday use! I bought this HP Stream 14" and I am really satisfied. It is light, easy to carry, and the “gold” color gives a nice stylish look. The laptop is fast for simple tasks like web browsing, school, YouTube, and Office documents. The battery lasts a long time, and the screen is clear and clean. I also like the fact that it comes with 1 year of Office 365 and good storage capacity (288GB total). It is a good choice for those who need a reliable, practical, and inexpensive computer. I recommend it without hesitation

Be careful to make sure your computer is new. I received mine on Friday 12/12 and call HP support on 12/14 and because of calibrations from a previous owner, the warranty was expired the tech informed me that it was not a new computer. Deceptive practice. Returning it first thing on 12/17.

Me encantó , superó mis expectativas

Sadly, I did not end up keeping this laptop. I actually bought this same laptop twice, and both times, I ordered the pink 32gb RAM version. Both times, the laptop I received did /not/ appear pink to me in the slightest. Although the box even says that the laptop inside should be pink, I sadly disagree. After ordering the laptop a second time, I surmised that I just wasn’t satisfied with the color, but I was positive that both the laptops they sent looked gray/silver! Photos attached are of the second laptop I ordered. I sadly didn’t do more with it than turn it on, so I can’t speak to its functionality. I can say that it is lightweight, sleek, and it just looks nice. I liked that it had a sliding webcam cover. I’m only taking off two stars because I wasn’t able to test the laptop properly, and because I was so dissatisfied with the color.

A few things u specifically look for when buying a computer, some of those things are negotiable and others non negotiable. One of the non negotiables are not having a keyboard that is backlit because I work a lot at night. The seller has in its description that the computer keyboard is backlit. I received the computer, transferred all my data, charged it up to be ready for use, only to learn that it does NOT have backlit keyboard. I contacted the seller and they tried to gaslight me to believe that my research was done by Amazon AI and I got the information wrong. I took screenshots of all the areas in their own description showing that they, the seller indicated backlit keyboard. Needless to say, I am stuck with this computer because I got rid of the old computer once I transferred my data. The battery life is also described for 12 hours. That is also a lie.

The colour is not what it shows it’s more a silver with a tint of rose gold nothing pink at all and some of the keys are in strange places but is fast running and not slow

The fan came on in the second hour and its so loud its annoying..have had several laptops and never had this issue. Set up was easy, keyboard is great. edit to add two weeks later....the battery is NOT great!
