Amazing product. When I was admitted, I had my nurse test it out on me and it works amazing. I like sticking to manual because of power outage and the new ones with the screen won't last long. Fits perfectly around my arm (I"m a tall size 12 woman). The case is perfect for storage and convenient for me to take places. The instructions are thorough if you're a first time user. Would recommend buying especially if you're a med student or a trainee at a local hospital.

I purchased a manual BP cuff as I am an EMT and quite comfortable taking blood pressures using a manual cuff. I believe that the manual cuffs are far more accurate and reliable than automatic cuffs. Also, they'll never need new batteries. I chose Gurin because it offered the best quality for my needs and budget. So far, I've been very satisfied with the cuff. It is easy to use, durable, and folds back into its carrying case very easily.

This seems to be a good blood pressure cuff although I paid less than the current asking price of $18.95. The cuff itself is made from vinyl not from fabric.. This isn’t as nice or comfortable as fabric but it works fine. I have a doctor friend who checked my blood pressure with her good quality equipment and compared it to this one. The numbers were within 2 points of each other on two different days. She said that's a good degree of accuracy and it’s as close as you can expect any to BP cuffs to come to each other. For thar reason I’d recommend, but for any higher price than $19.

I am a nurse and have used many sphygmomanometers. I just received this one and have used it a few times. The stitching is good and the whole product looks good and is well-built, with metal where there should be metal (not plastic). The tubing seems to be good quality, but the tubing was creased on arrival where it joins the gage/manometer. If it begins to leak there, I will have to cut off the leaking portion of the tubing and reattach it. For that reason, I gave it a 4 out of 5.

I recently bought the SantaMedical Professional Blood Pressure monitor with the adult black cuff and carrying case. So far I've been loving the product and for its affordable price, I think the quality is really good. In addition it comes with a bag which is very efficient because I can bring it anywhere. I definitely recommend this product if you wanna buy a blood pressure monitor in an affordable price.

I'm an EMT student, and after hunting on amazon and reading reviews I chose this BP cuff. It seems well made- material isnt too plasticy and has an easy to read dial- but the cuff wont stay closed when you inflate the bladder. The velcro rips itself up and the thing falls off before I reach 80 mmHg (the needle jumping around like crazy because it is coming undone). I am dissapointed and will be returning it.

Before ordering, I read several reviews on different BP cuffs. The Santamedical cuff was repeatedly listed as one of the best. I was skeptical since it was very affordable. I brought it with me to my facilities when visiting patients and I found it easy to use. The cuff wasn't too stiff, the valve was easy to turn and the numbers were easily read. I ordered this product for home use, to replace a digital blood pressure device and couldn’t be happier. It’s a quality cuff, easy to use and should last for years. Very impressed with the gauge and valve quality and the Velcro closure is strong and secure. Can’t think of a thing I would change. Definitely worth the money.
